Unique, beachfront property located on highway A1A in exclusive Hillsboro Beach, FL. This cozy 1BR, 1BA is nestled between the Intracoastal and its own private Atlantic Ocean beach. This could be the perfect place for you to spend the 3 month winter season in sunny, warm, South Florida.

This third floor apartment has been extensively remodeled and offers million dollar views overlooking both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. This is a no-elevator building and the apartment is being offered by its owner ONLY as a 3 month seasonal rental. The unit is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your winter season away from home.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, plus everything else you need, while enjoying beachfront living. The bedroom has a king size bed with firm mattress, storage headboard, dual armoires, and flat screen TV. The living room has a bahama bed/couch with a single mattress for a third person or guest, and a large flat screen TV. Rental includes cable TV, A ROKU device for movies, and hi-speed WiFi internet access.

Hillsboro Beach is a small, completely residential enclave located between Deerfield Beach to the North, and Pompano Beach to the South. We're located between Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm airports, 30-40 minutes away from each. Hillsboro Mile (Rt A1A) is full of multi-million dollar ocean-front mansions and multi-story condo buildings. Our location is a short drive from lots of shopping, dining and activities in nearby Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and Ft. Lauderdale.

This is a residential unit in a co-op building, not a hotel, so you live in the apartment in complete privacy, just like you would at home.
