The tropical getaway you've always wanted is at this Fort Myers vacation home, a four-bedroom vacation rental in the Gated Community of Beachwalk Isles, with enough space for 10, it's perfect for a large family or vacationing with friends and features a private heated swimming pool with beautiful lakefront views.

Relax poolside and soak up the sunshine. The Halcyon Days Home is just a 10-minute drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, 20-minute drive to downtown Fort Myers, 15-minute drive to the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sock Stadiums.

This home offers an open floor plan perfect for entertaining or just lounging around. The ground level offers kitchen, living room, dining, den with pull out sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom, Primary bedroom with king bed with a ensuite full bathroom. Second level includes a King Primary Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms, a full bathroom and den.
Also Included: 3 TV's, cable, Free Wi-Fi, heated private pool, 2 car garage, local telephone landline, washer and dryer.

Things to Know: *The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. $17 per day for pool heating.
Beachwalk Isle HOA requires a Lease Notification to be turned in 5 days prior to arrival day.

Great home

Great home. We really enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean and neat. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath rental.

Lovely property in a great area . House is well equipped and furnished and has all that you need .

Overall a great experience and only a small problem with some insects inside on a couple of occasions due to the weather. Would recommend this property to people in the future

I love this house! Watching the sun set over the water everyday was the best part of this stay. The house was perfect, it has everything we could have needed and more. Would love to come back another time.

Great Family Vacation

We rented Halcyon Days for a family getaway and very much enjoyed our stay! Lots of room for all of us. House was spacious and comfortable for all of us. We all enjoyed the pool area, but we did regret not having it heated. We were told with being there in July we wouldn't need to but would have really liked it warmer. I did call midway through our stay to see about having it heated for our last few days. I was told we could but with the tropical storm that had just gone through, she wasn't sure how soon she would be able to get the pool person out to turn it on, so couldn't really guarantee it would be heated before it was time for us to check out. It is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood.

Great location, highly recommended

We loved the house. Was beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. We were surprised to see 3 bikes in the garage as they were not listed and also some beach and pool toys. Umbrellas for the beach as well. The house was clean. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which our first day we thought was pretty cold so I mentioned it and they took care of it and was perfect after that. Close to Target, Walmart, Publix. Not a long drive to the beach depending on traffic, 10 minutes if traffic is flowing good. The pond and fountain in the back yard were beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet area. The neighbors had 2 dogs that barked here and there but not too bad. Would highly recommend this property.

Halcyon Days home

Great experience! Great location!! Just minutes away from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Very close to Super Target for groceries, shopping and restaurants. Royal Shell property management was great and very responsive. The grill was not working and they immediately brought a new one. Would stay here again. The Haas family, Ohio.

Beautiful Big Home in a gated community. Felt very safe in this house. Spacious rooms & enough beds for 10 people easily. Own private pool just for those lazy days & you just want to stay home. We loved the beaches Fort Myers is a little busier then Sanibel & Captiva islands.

Halcyon for Days!

We had a much needed family vacation and the house worked great for our multi generations! Great to have sections for each family. Only downside the grill was only partially working and we were planning to use it for several meals so we had to go to plan B. No one got back to us about it. That being said the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and we made use of it! All in all I would highly recommend this house. The central location was great too.

This property was perfect for our adult family of 5 plus 1 grandchild. The house is spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great pool, beautiful view of pond and an easy 15-20 minute drive to both Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island.

Overall Nice Rental

The rental was overall a nice property in a nice location. The house was big and there was space to spread out. They provided the necessary amenities. They did have some family games available which was nice. We did have a few issues though. For one, we found small ants in the kitchen and in the upstairs bathroom when we arrived. We had to throw some food away and avoid utilizing the counter space where the ants were present. Ant traps were brought to us when we called to make the property management aware. Also, we were disappointed with the pool heating and lighting. We opted to spend the extra $ to have control over and the ability to heat the pool. The management company said we would have control at the house. Unfortunately, we were not able to control the pool heat at all. The control appeared to be locked. And the pool was the same temp as a previous house we rented without this cost. Also, the pool light did not work which limited our ability to have the kids swim in the evening. When we called the company, they sent a repair person out who told us the pool light was too expensive to fix and the pool was limited on the temperature. They refunded part of the $ we paid for heating, but not all. The hassle of the pool items was disappointing.

Awesome stay

Looked for get away for 3 families and with 10 people sleeping, this was a great choice. The house was clean, the pool was heated ( for extra 17 bucks a day ), and the shopping and beaches are extremely close by. Loved everyday of the stay. Will definitely one back .
