Amazing unit and building, by the large construction project is a nightmare.

Love the unit, staff, building, pool, amenities, location, gym, etc. this was our third time in building. However, the view is now 85% blocked by a large construction of another mid rise directly next door. You can only see the water view if you walk out and lean against the railing. The construction noise was awful with generators, welders, sawing and hammering 14 hours a day. We could not sit on balcony or use pool downstairs due to relentless noise. Super disapponted that this was not disclosed prior to stay and they still charged premium ocean view price. Probably won’t be back to this property unless we have an wear facing front unit when construction is done two years from now.
