Tervetuloa upeaan huoneistoihimme, Vallarta, kauniilla siirtomaapuolella ... Conchas Chinas, Vallarta 'Beverly Hills'. Poistu turisteista ja suurista hotelleista ja löydä rauha ja hiljaisuus meren vieressä.

Tämä ensimmäisen luokan Oceanfront-rakennus sisältää siivouspalvelun (sunnuntaisin lukuun ottamatta), kolminkertaisen puhdistetun veden, turvaportit, kaikki liinavaatteet, kaapeli-TV, videonauhurin, DVD-yksikön, CD-soittimen ja iPod-telakan, 100-luvun kirjoja, taidetta ja esineitä, täysin ilmastoitua, mutta faneja myös jokaisessa huoneessa. Meillä on Wi-Fi-internetyhteys .... tuo langaton LAPTOP ja saat täyden Internet-palvelun sähköpostitse jne. Aseta vain ruokapöydälle ja olet yhteydessä Internetiin. Tuo Magic Jack ja saat pitkän matkan ilmaiseksi. Rakennuksemme koostuu 24 yksiköstä ja hissi vie sinut toisessa kerroksessa olevaan yksiköömme. Ihania mehuappelsiineja löytyy paikallisilta markkinoilta, Rizolta, edullisesti. We loved our stay at Luxury Conchas Chinas Beachfront! The condo has absolutely everything you will need. It is comfortable and relaxing with a stunning view! We enjoyed having our morning tea on the balcony, watching people walk by or play in the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our own meals. The bed was also very comfortable. Jana was excellent to communicate with and provided detailed instructions and suggestions. We will definitely be back!

The condo is so comfortable, clean and charming. The decor makes being at the condo itself feel like a vacation! The beach is right outside the gate and the pool is just as refreshing and clean as can be. The whole building was spotless and well cared for. There's not a lot of food nearby, but the ceviche shack just footsteps out the gate, had amazing ceviche, margaritas and sunset views! Thank you so much! I would love to visit again!

Absolute hidden gem!

The ad does not do justice to this amazing ocean front condo. We had a wonderful stay! The condo is clean and extremely well stocked with all amenities and beach gear. It’s a very spacious 2 bedroom ocean front condo. The patio facing the ocean is perfection. The pool is warm and inviting, our kids loved it. We will be back. Thank you Jana.

Beautiful and perfect location

This is a beautiful peaceful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The beach is right outside the front gate. We watched whales every morning while we sipped coffee. The condo neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Jana has everything you would need to stay in PV and have a wonderful time.

Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful accomodations

The home was comfortable with great features and art work. It is in a neighborhood and feels more like home then a vacation rental. 15-20 minute walk to the Malecon and restaurants. Uber is easy to use and Uber eats will deliver food. The crashing ocean is just off your balcony.

Beautiful property

My family stayed here for 1 week. That was not long enough! The property was beautiful, the condo was decorated perfectly for Mexico. It was a quick Uber ride to everywhere. We had a blast! The only complaint was that the beach got a bit scummy but I understand that that is not unusual for the rainy season.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Condo is steps away from the beach. Beautiful views from our balcony. We had everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. We really appreciated access to our own beach umbrella and chairs to enjoy time on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

This is a really lovely condo, the pictures do not do it justice at all. Great care has been taken to make it comfortable and homey. Lots of extra towels, bedding, beach equipment. Gorgeous deck with the most amazing view. Friendly condo building with character. Loved it all.

Beautiful Mexican Resort

This is the first time we used VRBO and we were so happy with our experience. The condo was lovely with absolutely everything that we needed. The owners sent us an extremely well written 55 page visitation guide that was so helpful. It really was the place for resting and relaxation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful views and steps to the beach

Very comfortable and quiet complex. Steps to the sand making it easy to spend the day at the beach. Well stocked with games, books and kitchen essentials. The updated bathrooms are very nice. Easy 15 minute walk into the romantic zone along the beach (with a small rock cliff to climb). There is a board walk along the beach for nice walks. The condo felt safe and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Incredible location

This property exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal for us. Close to the ocean, great beach, close walk to Old Town and the Malecon. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to comfortably cook many meals. The knives were dull; however, a kind neighbour lent us his knife sharpener. 😃. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the very friendly and attentive staff.

Paradise on the beach

The condo has everything you need. Great location. Away from the crowds but close enough to walk into town. Sleep to the sound of the surf. We saw whales from the balcony. We definitely will be back!

Excellent stay in an authentic feeling condo.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this condo. I have been to Puerto Vallarta a few times now, always stayed in Conchas Chinas, and can honestly say this was my favourite. My girlfriend also fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked through the door. The staff (especially Betty), the condo, everything was excellent. I found Jana a pleasure to deal with and look forward to dealing with her more in the future. Can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful Location, Beautiful Views, Friendly People

We just spent 10 days at this wonderful condo. It has everything that you need and is very easy to get to. The view from the balcony is incredible and the tenants that live in the building full time are welcoming and helpful. This is very different from some of the places that we have stayed. One thing to note is that the swimming pool is chilly and is not heated for the season until December 1. The ocean temperature was perfect and there is good snorkeling right of this beach and if you walk over the rocks, left facing to the next beach there is incredible snorkeling on the far left side up to La Playita Restaurant by Lindo Mar. The bathrooms in the condo have been recently remodeled and are beautiful. The kitchen has also been recently remodeled and has everything that you need. The condo also has (4) beach chairs, floaties, boogie boards, (2) umbrellas for the beach and they came in very handy. The condo is very quiet and relaxing. It is only a 5 minute walk to La Playita, beach restaurant with very good food, excellent Saturday and Sunday Brunch and a 5 minute cab ride for (4) dollars into town. La Dolce Vida, El Dorado, Chechen2, Deux Mex and the taco stands around the Pharmacia Grande on Lazero Cardena are all excellent places to eat. There is a family squabble going on with Vista Grill and they moved their restaurant down to the beach to El Dorado next to La Paylapa. The food was so good at El Dorado that we ate there 4 nights sitting directly on the beach and watching the sunset and fireworks. Prices are incredible. Appetizers, entrees, dessert, (2) bottles of wine and Mexican flaming coffee for (3) for 120 dollars. Can't Beat that. Mega Grocery had all of the staples that we need and the Liquor Store in the Marina right when you leave the airport on the way to the condo is a worthwhile stop if you are a wine drinker. It is the only place where you can get higher end wines. We did find that several Mexican Chardonnays and that some of the Argentinian wines that were in the local stores were decent. Be careful though because some of them were just not drinkable. Cannot wait to go back here again and if we could buy the Condo from the owners we would!!!!!!

Great Place Wonderful Location

My wife, twin 10 year old girls and I absolutely loved this place. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Beautiful ocean view patio, two nice bedrooms furnished with everything you'd need. Everything is very clean, the condo staff is very pleasant and helpful and the grounds are very nice, including the blue tile pool. The condo is right across from a great beach that's good for snorkeling, body surfing and just hanging out. Location is just outside the main areas but very walkable over a scenic trail. The owner couldn't be more helpful and friendly with any info you might need. If we ever go back to PV, I'd check here first!

Amazing time

My husband, my son (3 years old) and I spent a week in Conchas Chinas. We had a blast. The place was exactly what we were looking for. We have been dreaming of a quiet week, and that exactly what we got. We bough food and cooked simple Mexican meals. We also bought shrimps and fish right on the beach. Antonio came everyday walking from PV by the beach, and my son had fish on a stick everyday. The beach is safe for children and very quiet and family friendly. The condo is beautiful and the view priceless. We had no car, and used taxi to Puerto Vallarta where we had great food. We also visited the wonderful Botanical Garden (thank you Jana for all the recommendations). We really hope to go back soon.

Rental 377691

The condominium 377691 is a fabulous condominium! It is completely updated and it is in an incredible location right on the beautiful beach in Conchas Chinas!! The water in the building is triple purified, and it is on the 2nd floor which makes it very easy to get to. The owners of the condo have done a fabulous job in making the condo comfortable, accommodating, and charming. The town of Puerto Vallarta is just a few minutes drive away, and is a very charming and attractive town. I would definitely give Rental 377691 a 5 star rating!!

Great Condo!

Loved our 3 week stay at Casa Poco Loco. Many hours were spent on the deck enjoying the beautiful view and ocean breeze. The condo was very well equiped and was exactly as depicted in photos. Jana was great to deal with and the "Visitor's Guide" on PV was awesome. Looking forward to returning next year.
