Duplex con puerta contigua entre cocinas, solo se alquila propiedad completa o 1 unidad en listado separado. 2 comedores, 2 salas de estar. La propiedad da al río Hiwassee. Universidad de TN Tree Farm al otro lado del río. Hermosa vista del río y las montañas. Excelente pesca (muelle), kayak, tubos, senderismo, escalada en las cercanías. Enorme porche trasero con vistas a dos cubiertas y muelle de pesca. Capacidad máxima 12.

Cozy little lace on the river . This cabin is extremely clean and very well maintained . I would stay here again.

Extremely pleasant

It is well equipped and furnished with a peaceful and scenic setting. While you feel it's away from it all, you aren't that far from shopping, restaurants and the best attractions in the area.

So clean! Felt at home immediately.Loved the layout. We could eat on one side of the house and play games on the other side.Temperatures have been high, but we felt great in the screen-in porch. I hope this house is always available when we go whitewater rafting on the Ocoee.

Wonderful accommodation for nearby wedding location

We rented both units for family members who were attending a nearby wedding. Both units were large, spacious and very comfortable. The outside deck is lovely for a morning cup of coffee. The units were clean with everything we needed. Tim was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay there.

Tennessee Family Vacation

The house was perfect! The screened back porch is where we spent the majority of our time! The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well! The house was clean and very comfortable! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and quiet! My 14 year old son caught a catfish from the dock! I rate the home a 10 out of 10!

Jonathan and Sara’s Wedding

We rented this home on the Hiwasee River because my son got married at the Hiwasee River Wedding Venue. The home is a duplex divided by a door in the kitchen and it was the perfect place to host our family for the wedding. Everything you need is included in this home. The view in the back of the home is breathtaking!!We spent most of our time in the back porch that covers the whole back of the home. We will be back!! Thank you Tim and Mary for lending us your beautiful home.

Ideal place for a getaway with friends

I was a little confused about the house it self, (it's a duplex we rented both sides, we only need one side) we had lot of things going on with another rental that fell thru, dealing with that problem, on a 11 hour drive, we were able to setup our rental with this home at the last minute. A shout out to Vrbo staff and Our property manager/owner was extremely helpful and responsive, we were not disappointed. This is a wonderful property, well equipped and property directly on the lake. Amazing lake view with dock, a great deck and a large screen in back porch. We were a group of (4) Ladies from Southeast Texas, on a Karen Wheaton Women Ramp Conference, we felt very safe and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again!

Hiwassee River Heaven!!!

This riverfront house was perfect for what we needed, a place to call home base for our visit to the area! I was uncertain at first what to expect because the pictures don't do the best job giving a feel for the real layout of the house(s), but my whole party was well pleased with what we found! Two houses in one that virtually mirror each other in layout, with an internal door that connects the kitchens (can be locked on either side, if needed), a beautiful screened porch that runs the length of both houses in the back with river views, and two levels of decking leading down a small dock on the river itself. My son caught his first fish here right off the dock, a small mouth bass! Memories! Highly recommended, and thank you so much to the hosts, who were always very fast to respond to the plethora of questions I bombarded them with over the days and weeks leading up to our visit. We definitely have this home saved to our favorites!!!

PERFECT for family gathering!!

This beautiful home was exactly what my extended family needed. We all gathered from various places to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. Even with a crowd of 11, we didn’t need a thing!!! The home was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, blankets, towels, pillows, etc. ample space for everyone. The screened in patio was amazing. River view is stunning. Mr. Poteet, we will certainly be back! Thank you so much!

Perfect NYE!

We celebrated the New Year here with friends; it was the perfect location for us to meet as we were driving south from Chicago and they were driving north from St. Pete, FL.Fishing off the dock, dozens of trails right in the area, and the calm and peace of nature were perfect. On the one rainy day we played games and relaxed on the screened in porch overlooking the river, and the adjoining units allowed for plenty of space to spread out and have solitude if one wanted a quiet break from the group. Our party of nine (four adults and five kids ages 5-12) had a blast! Highly recommended!

Read the reviews. They are accurate. Beautiful and easy to get to. The screen porch is were we had thanksgiving. It wa perfect.

Beautiful spot for family weekend

This house was perfect for our family weekend. We loved spending hours on the screened-in back porch overlooking the river. The kids enjoyed some of the games and puzzles that were available, and we were able to prepare meals easily in the kitchen. It was nice to have two separate living spaces so we could do different things. The house was clean and had ample parking.
