Profitez du confort de ce magnifique condo au bord de l'eau de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Notre unité est située sur l'un des premiers canaux de Cape Coral et dispose de toutes les commodités pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. L'unité a une véranda / balcon avec moustiquaire hors du salon où vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder les bateaux passer ou tout simplement profiter de la belle brise qui souffle à travers les paumes. Juste à l'extérieur se trouve une grande terrasse avec une cabane en tiki pour votre détente et vos bains de soleil. Vous pouvez pêcher sur ce pont ou l'un des quatre quais de bateaux pour votre usage. La piscine chauffée est située juste au-dessus du pont. À seulement quelques minutes de nombreuses plages de sable blanc magnifiques avec de nombreux coquillages à explorer et à collectionner.

Great place

This was a very nice place with a great location. Especially if you have a boat! The price wasn’t too bad and it was very clean. I’m t was fully stocked with all the essentials as well!

Our vacation here was great. The best place i have ever rented. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had everthing you would need. Would definitely book it again. Host was very helpful.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and other points of interest. Beautiful view of the canal. The condo was well stocked with the necessities and the manager was prompt when a minor issue popped up. We enjoyed our stay here.

Clean home, beautiful view, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was fully stocked and conveniently located. Watching the sunrise from the lanai was just gorgeous. Very quiet and everyone around was friendly. We loved it and will come again.

Beautiful location

Condo was very nice. We enjoyed the enclosed balcony over looking the water. Everything we needed was provided as stated. Very clean. We would stay here again if we go to Cape Coral again. Close to everything.

Quiet get away

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood by the channels in Cape Coral. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The main drag with restaurants and shops are about 2 miles away. Close to Fort Meyers for additional day trips. Only downside is traffic around the area is very heavy. Overall tho, we had an enjoyable stay.

Property was nice; just slightly dated. Only drawback was the toilets flushed poorly and the ice maker wasn’t working. One encounter with the ant situation, which we dealt with. We had no further issues with them. Enjoyed our stay. We left the keys in the lock box.

Very nice

It was a quiet neighborhood. I liked sitting on the porch and watching the occasional boat go by. A pound of coffee was waiting for me as a welcome gift. Condo was clean and had plenty of dishes, coffee pots, even an expresso machine. My son loved that.

EXCELLENT CAPE CORAL PROPERTY

We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions. It is our 1st choice when visiting Cape Coral but is frequently already reserved. It is very comfortable and has a great location in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a quiet canal. There is a nice water view from the living room and the private, screened Lanai area. The Lanai area is a great place to start the morning or relax in the evening. There is also a Tiki Hut area with tables and chairs for relaxing next to the water on dock below. Country Club Road is just 2 blocks away making it a convenient drive everywhere in Cape Coral and beyond. Downtown Cape Coral, with many restaurants, is only about 5 minutes away. The listing photos accurately show the property features. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is good and the hot water is plentiful. Everything needed for a comfortable home away from home stay is provided.

13 days of support to FMB

Jeff is the best vacation property rental person you could ask for. My husband was in tight spot trying to find a place to stay while he went from MN to help rebuild the island with his brother Dan. Jeff was very patient with my text to get updates on the cable and internet as my husband would do his work prior to heading to the donation location for the day. Jeff so always print when answering me and if he was busy he would let me know that - we have only rented from Heidi & Bruiser before him, and now we have another great friend. We have recommended his condo for our close family - and my family is staying there in December which Jeff was so quick to get the dates saved and I would recommend my friends and family to rent the vacation condo in Cape Coral FL

Beautiful Condo on a Canal

I had a wonderful stay! The unit had an amazing view, was cleanly, the ac worked great, I wish I could have moved in! Part of my stay was through hurricane Ian and there was no damage - and the breeze off of the canal and the pool kept me cool! The owner and his family are amazingly accommodating and helpful. Will definitely return with my family!

COZY, QUIET AND CONVENIENT

Nice 2nd floor property overlooking the canal with a shared deck (with Tiki Hut) below on the canal to use. The private screened-in outdoor area overlooking the water has a relaxing view and is a great way to start the morning with coffee or end the night with cocktails. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of block off of Country Club making it an easy drive to everything Cape Coral has to offer. Stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again.
