Well maintained property with everything needed for our stay. The walk to the beach is a little longer than appears in pictures but the beach area is nice.

We loved our stay! We brought our 2 year old so it was nice to have a private pool and Beach access. Not to mention it was nice to be so close to everything. Will be coming back!

The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed. We only left 1 time to get some snacks. There's a boardwalk to the beach. The pool was clean and fun. We had a great time and will rent this home again.

I celebrated my 65th birthday here with my children and their dogs! Everyone had a wonderful. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Very clean and very well appointed …we loved it. Excellent and very responsive communication with the property managers

Beautiful home. Great view of beach and gulf. Lovely little pool to float in. My one and only complaint is there are too many stairs. My old knees and bad back did not like them. If they could put in a ramp system it would be perfect.

Beautiful home, open & inviting. Great layout, very clean with lots of room & bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with tons of dishes, both drip & k-cup coffee makers. Large fridge & huge walk-in pantry. Views are top notch. We were 5 families, rented this house & the one next door. Kids had a great time going back & forth. Property management company communication was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful week at the beach

We loved staying at DI Nest. Beautiful spacious house. The kids loved having a pool to play in (though the pool was smaller than I anticipated). The only snag was that the property manager was slow in responding to our request to have the pool heated, and because of a malfunction it took three days to get that done. But after that everything was fantastic.

Gorgeous House, Great Location & Dog Friendly

This house was perfect for us, very clean and in a great location. It would be great for a group as each bedroom has its own private full bath and TV. We appreciate the owner making this a dog friendly property. The private pool overlooking the beach is small but awesome. Just a short walk down the boardwalk puts you on the beach which wasn't crowded at all. Couldn't ask for a better view off the back deck. The houses next door did feel a little close, and it would have been nice to have more of the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc., supplied. Overall this is a fantastic property where we would definitely stay again.

very nice!

This house was so nice and comfortable! Very spacey none of us ever felt like we were on top each other. The pool was perfect with such a nice view. And the beds were so comfy once you lay down from your beach day you went right to sleep! The only thing that was a little difficult for my elder mom was the walk to the beach was a little further than we excepted. but she was able to take her time and go nice and slow and made it. such a beautiful place we can not wait to go back.

Such a great spot

We had such a great time during our new years stay at DI Nest. This house is amazing. It's very new and clean in such great shape. It's located right on the beach, with such a great patio facing the ocean. The beach is the perfect walk, while still being in eye site from the patio. Having the heated pool in January was so great. And the island is amazing. The Pirate's pizza place right across the street has great pizza and wings, the ice cream place next door has amazing milkshakes, Dinner's Ready had amazing prepared meals, and don't forget to call Salty Dog Bike rentals for something to cruise the amazing trails with. I can't wait to take my next trip to DI Nest.

Amazing!

The house was very clean (and I’m particular!), well organized and spacious! It was well stocked with the kitchen supplies, bath towels etc. and we appreciated the beach towels that were there to use. The only “complaint” I have is that the fenced in area out back that we wanted to use for our dog was full of dog poop from previous guests. So we had to take the time to clean up other people‘s dog poop so our dog could use it. It’s not listed anywhere that people are required to clean up their dog’s poop but I think it should be if people aren’t going to be courteous enough to do it on their own.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!!!

This home was so beautiful, comfortable, and completely met the needs of our family and pets. The view off the back deck was perfect, and it was a quick stroll to the beach on the boardwalk. We brought our dogs and luckily both the front and the back deck are gated, so we could let our dogs roam without worry of them getting loose. We would definitely book this house again.

Great stay!!

First time to DI and we are all in love!! DI Nest is a great place but be ready for owner and his dogs that live next door to keep you company..sometimes didn’t feel like we had any privacy. That is the only drawback as the property is gorgeous! We will be back!

Fantastic Cabin

The cabin was great and clean. The wifi and direct tv was a plus. All worked just fine, even after the area was just hit with another hurricane. It is the perfect size for multiple small families or a couple large families. There are 4 bedrooms. 2 with king, 2 with queen. No other sleeping arrangements but plenty of room to put the kiddos on air mattress etc. The view was great but... keep in mind, The pictures here are not current. There is a cabin on the west side that has a higher deck and sits closer to the dune. You cannot see down the beach on the west side. But there is plenty to see to the east. The beach is easily accessible, maybe a 4 minute walk if that. My only complaint, which is kind of big, (especially coming from HUGE HUGE animal lover) the dogs next door. They barked pretty much every time we went on the deck, under the deck, to our vehicles, to the beach etc.. There were at least 4 dogs that have free reign while the home owners are home; and away. So if you’re looking for an active, fun week at the beach, this is your place! If you’re looking to unwind, take in the beauty, enjoy the deck and pool in peace, this is not your place. I loved the cabin SO much but definitely would not book here again as peace and quiet on a deck with a view is a huge part of my time off and vacation. Unfortunately if we weren’t at the beach, we were inside.

Awesome.... but who let the dogs out??????

We had an awesome vacation, the house was perfect. The location was great with the exception of the house next door to us had 5, yes I said 5 yelping dogs!!! Our rental had a pool so everytime we were outside, the dogs would bark like crazy! Other than that, it was great!
