Beautiful three-bedroom condo with great lake views! Close to all amenities.

Located above Kinsmen Beach with panoramic views of lake Windermere and the mountains. Heron Point has a spectacular swimming pool and hot tub that takes full advantage of the views.

Three Bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the main floor is fully furnished with many amenities including fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and patio furniture. This unit overlooks the lake and has a wonderful main level deck to relax and soak in the views. Third bedroom is a bedroom/den that has a desk for remote working if required.

This complex is located 2 blocks from downtown Invermere and is walking distance to Kinsmen beach which features a kids' play park, splash park, volleyball court, and much more.

Note that we've upgraded from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom and reviews are from the two-bedroom.

The entire trip was absolutely perfect very clean condo and everything that would make the weekend perfect is included. This unit is perfect for a family of four close walking distance to the white way as well as Main Street.

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and unit generally. It is really well located, close to Kinsmen beach as well as the main street and other parks.

This was a great property. It provided plenty of space, it was clean and was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The location was excellent, within a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. We greatly enjoyed the pool. Communication with the owner was always prompt and clear.

Invermere heat!

It was scorching hot +35 every day of our stay. Thank goodness for the chilly AC in Patrick’s condo! It’s an awesome 3 bedroom, close to the big beach and the Main Street. Can’t wait to stay here next year!

Fantastic!!

Such a fantastic property! Patrick has thought of everything - from a fully stocked kitchen, to pool and beach supplies and games for kids - this condo is top notch! The view from the deck was amazing and a great start or end to the day! My kids loved the binoculars and watching the osprey nest by the lake. We loved being, literally, 3 minutes to everything! Patrick was very helpful with all of our questions and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

This unit was everything our family of 4 needed for a relaxing holiday. Check in check out were east and having the ground floor parking lot access made unpacking and repacking the car super easy. The property is in a wonderful location and well cared for. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location

This property has a great location. The town is located just up the street and the beach is located within a short walking distance. The condo was clean upon arrival, and the main floor location was great for our family. My children really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

great location and perfect for our group

We wanted to stay close to the town of Invermere and walking distance to park and kinsmen beach, so this was perfect. The two bedroom was ground floor which was also perfect, because we had bikes and a stroller. It was well equipped and really couldnt have asked for anything better. Nice pool. Workout room could use some updated equipment. We would stay there again!

Invermere Herron Point Stay

Booking and logistics of our stay was straightforward and went smoothly. Patrick is easy to communicate with and friendly. The unit is well kept with the little extras to help make it a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens and provided basic toiletries. The condo complex itself although a little dated is well maintained. The pool is clean, not crowded and a huge bonus for families. The location is convenient to Kingsmen Beach and the south end of the main "strip". Overall a great stay and would book again.
