Hello! My name is Rachel Stichnoth and I assist my grandparents with the rental of their BEAUTIFUL vacation properties! They have been renting for over 10 years now in Florida, Michigan and Indiana. They rent 2 condos side by side at the Calypso Resorts on the 14th floor and 1 condo on the 21st floor at Tidewater Beach Resort, all in Panama City Beach, Florida. They also rent a 2 Level condo in Monticello, Indiana near Monon Bay. Send an email or call inquiring about any of my grandparent's properties and we are happy to help!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Must follow all guidelines set forth by Resort, Property Contact and Owners of Rental. New Covid-19 Policies are in place and are subject to change.
- Personal property cannot be left on the beach between the hours of 9PM and 5AM. If left, it will be disposed of. Nothing can be draped over balcony.
- Guests will be evicted if guidelines, policies and regulations are not followed. No refunds.
