    Summer Getaway

    The location is ideal being a short walk to the beach and easily within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and as it appeared on the website. Overall good quality for the price.

    Excellent Beach Week

    Excellent location, close to the beach and the park. The unit is clean. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds - other than that the listing was spot on. We definitely plan to stay again. Thanks so much!

    Home was clean. No bugs. Beds adequate. Great kitchen. Take some paring knives. 3 short sets of steps to 2nd floor. Short walk to beach. Ocean view is the only thing that would’ve made this room better. We recommend!!!

    Property is excellent. Steps from the beach, this unit is on the eastern side of the building, close to the beach, hose off area for sand, and street parking. Unit is on second floor but stairwell is right there and only 6 units would be using that stairwell anyway. No elevator but that’s fine for our family. In the COVID era, no elevator and open air stairway is even cleaner if that’s a concern. We walked to Crab Bag, fractured prune, etc. Having three TVs in the unit was nice because one day our weather was rough and we stayed in. Nice porch area to relax. Check in was smooth.

    Nice location

    The unit was very clean on arrival. We liked that it was close to the beach and had plenty of nearby parking (two marked spaces and public, first come spots even closer to the door). The kitchen was nicely stocked. The faucets are old and should be replaced. We had some trouble with a leak, but maintenance fixed it promptly. There was a place to lock up a bicycle in the stairway which we found useful. The outdoor hose for rinsing required a separate key that you carry with the room key. I get that it prevents unauthorized people from using the hose, but it was a little annoying to coordinate the use of two keys among the whole family coming and going from the beach. We really enjoyed the large balcony. Overall, a nice unit which we would consider renting again.

    Great place

    The condo was great and was just as advertised. It’s a bit of a drive to downtown but that also makes it quieter at night. Just a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross is perfect for kids. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay

    Nice Rental With Needed Updates

    Overall unit was as described. Nice balcony area and easy/close walk to the beach. Easy walk to restaurants, stores and activities as well. Adequate parking for two vehicles. Unit needs some updating. Kitchen needs new/additional cookware. Both toilets continue to run without jiggling of handle. Shower heads need some attention as well.

    Great place

    I could not have been happier with the property. It had all the comforts of home.. The property was clean upon arrival and just as it appears in the photos!. The location was amazing (anything close to the beach is amazing to me). There is plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Check in/check out less than a minute.

    Ideal for a family

    As a family with small children, location is key! This location is STEPS from the beach and close to basically anything you would want to do. The beach area is quiet and clean. The sand shelf was pretty steep, but the kids didn't mind at all. The location to the beach is the best part of this property! In terms of the condo, it was clean and exactly as listed. Very spacious living area for kids to sit and play games, eat, watch tv, etc. We didn't love how quickly we ran out of hot water, but once we realized that, we staggered bath/shower times so everyone had hot water! The unit could most certainly be updated (shower heads, mattresses in bedrooms) in some areas, but we were there for time on the beach, which we got! It was nice and clean and had a great little 80s vibe. Cute little spot, great location, wonderful neighbors all around us, and close to everything that you would want for a little family location! Would certainly stay again!

    Nice Property in an Excellent Location for Holiday Weekend

    We chose this location because we had family staying at the property next to us. Overall the location was very convenient with assigned parking which is always a plus in OCMD during the summer months. The unit was decently clean though we didn't spend a lot of time in it and a good size for the 4 adults we had staying there. We had a fun time. A few suggestions for the property manager: - I think it would be helpful to list what the renters are responsible for bringing for their stay. Specifically linens/towels. We read the reviews so we were prepared but it was unclear in the listing. -Please list what the check-out instructions are on the listing if there are specifics as it relates to cleaning, or if professional cleaners will be coming in. We cleaned before we left as that is what we're accustomed to with our own rental properties But there wasn't a lot of options for cleaning supplies in the unit. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay there again.

    Had a great experience ! The pictures do not do the property justice ! Place was better than expected ! Definitely plan on staying here again ! Honestly the only thing we wished we had ( as a group of all females ) was a full length mirror .

    Weekend at the Beach

    The location was excellent and literally steps to the beach. The condo was very clean and a great space with good size bedrooms. It was a great weekend and we would definitely go back.

    Quiet and close to beach

    This place is very "kitschy" - total 80's vibe and we loved it for the beach! My only complaint is the need to clean the place before leaving AND to bring towels and sheets is a lot to deal with... last thing I wanted to do when I got home was wash all that stuff! But good place, close to beach and not too crowded.
