My Stay

I was in town for a funeral. I had a friend and my children come stay at this house along with me we all came from out of town. Several rooms had a couple beds so we all stayed very comfortably. The service was in Henderson so the location of the house worked out perfectly.

Great location

House is in great spot. Clean. Issues are beds are very uncomfortable. BBQ is old and not working. Tub doesn't work(no plug). There is also an alarm on backndoor which goes off anytime you go into the back yard. It's horrible and kinda forces you to not want to use back yard. Pool cues missing ends or bent.

Chris was an amazing host. We were there for my mom’s funeral, and Chris made sure my family had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. He provided extra tables and chairs for my family to come by and made sure everything was perfect for after the funeral. The property manager was great at communicating and accommodating to our needs especially during our check in process. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and was true to the listing. My friends and I had a convenient stay that made our vacation extremely memorable.

Overall great stay

The house was located in a quiet, convenient location of Henderson. Upon arrival there were a few issues but the property manager, Chris, was very helpful in getting them resolved. Unfortunately, there were no lights in the master bathroom which looked to be newly installed. We got ready for the night before it was dark outside so it wasn't that big of a deal. Chris came over to swap out the lightbulbs as soon as I notified him but it appeared to be an electrical issue and not the light bulbs. The pool was in the middle of being refilled when we arrived because they had just completed a repair. It wasn't a surprise to us though because Chris reached out earlier in the day to make me aware of the situation. We couldn't use the pool because of this, but the weather wasn't that hot, so I'm not sure we would have used it anyway. I reached out to the owner Daniel and he provided a partial credit on our stay which I thought was fair. Overall our stay was great. We were there with ten adults. The house was the perfect size for accommodating all of us and we all agreed we'd stay there again.

Upon arrival we found a home that was very dusty. Microwave did not work. Filter in refrigerator had a label on it to change in 2020 and was never changed and inside had not been wiped down. Bathroom had a shower curtain with no liner and tub filled with water while trying to shower. Shower mats were dirty. No laundry detergent to be found. Disgusting filthy blinds in each bedroom. Stale smelling sheets . All heating and a/c vents coated with dust. Carpet was filthy and not vacuumed. Pots and pans were all Teflon which were scratched to the point of being not usable. Can opener did not work. Utensils were cheap and old. No storage containers. Light bulb at entrance to house blown. Stair railing broken and dangerous for kids. Pool did not run once and was slimy and gross the kids wanted to put their feet in but couldn't. Someone came the day before we were leaving to turn it on and give it a quick cleaning. Outside cushions old torn and disgusting. I called our Guest contact Chris and he said oh sorry...the owner might call you. He did not!

Great location for exploring the parks and lakes East of Vegas.

Property was perfect for our group of friends running the Lake Mead Marathon. Easy location to get to and from Boulder Beach. Also explored Valley of Fire from here. Lots of nearby carryout food, and easy access to groceries and highway. The hot tub made post run recovery much easier. Thanks for a great location!

Weekend stay

The property was a great location for our purpose. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The carpet in the upstairs is very dated and needs to be replaced. Other than that there was plenty of room and met our needs. The management team was very accommodating and was able to allow an early check in to accommodate an early flight arrival - very much appreciated.

Pleasant Thanksgiving

We actually live in town but had family come from out of town. We had Thanksgiving over there. There is no table so we did bring one in. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot tub was a hit as well as the pool table. The only downsides were the floor is impossible to keep clean, it shows every speck of dirt but it was clean when we got there and it has a pool alarm that will give you a scare every time someone forgets to disarm on the way to the backyard but for groups with toddlers and under that may be a plus.

Great house and quiet location

The house was clean, had a lot of space and everything you’d need in the kitchen. It was a little too cold for the pool but it was clean. Jacuzzi was lovely! I would say the only thing to be aware of was there was an alarm on the sliding door. You had 7 seconds to press a button before a very loud jarring alarm went off. Once you pressed the button you had 14 seconds to close the door, so no keeping it open. It wasn’t super annoying, just mildly inconvenient.

RESTRICTIONS TO PARTY AND NOT USE THE POOL AFTER 10?

I was surprised to see there rules saying No partying and No use of the swimming after 10. I understand about the no noise after 10 pm but we should be able to use the pool after 10 as long as we're quiet. Furthermore, we went there for a family gathering and having a party is part of it. Why there's a rule that there's no partying? The photo is deceiving. The pool looks big but it's actually very small. The sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed. So nobody can sleep there comfortably.
