  • Just what I was looking for!

    "We frequent Vegas 1-2 times a year, and this time we brought our small kids and a babysitter. This was the best set up, EVER. There was one main door (that could be locked) that led to a foyer type thing, and each identical bedroom with stocked kitchenette had its own door off the foyer. Each bedroom could be locked, but we chose to lock the main door, and propped both bedroom doors open slightly so the babysitter could have some privacy while our kids slept in our room on the pullout couch and we hit the tables! We were more than pleased with the rooms. And the walk to MGM pool was not bad at all...maybe 7 minutes, all air conditioned. Walking to the MGM casino was about 10-11 minutes, again, not that bad considering how huge MGM is. The only downside is the distance from the Strip, but that's such a small inconvenience for what we got in the rooms that it wasn't a problem. In fact, we rented a car because we needed to bring car seats, and we decided that we will rent one from now on because it was so easy to get around. IDK that we would stay there again just the 2 of us, as we would like to be a little closer to the casino, but for this trip, it was a perfect set up, and if we brought our family again, we would definitely stay there."

    "At the last minute I decided to get away for a few days. Las Vegas is not too far, so it was the destination of choice. I contacted Kim and she responded quickly to my inquiry. She answered the few questions I had quickly as well. Check in was smooth. Upon entering the room a very foul odor assaulted me. It was clear somebody prior had smoked, the housekeeping service left two air fresheners behind to mask it, but it was certainly there. I notified Kim immediately via email. A week later she has not responded to that concern. The room smelled horrible the 3 nights I was there, the apple cinnamon air fresheners placed there did not help. The furnishings look as though it's time to start thinking of replacement, the tv in the bathroom was removed prior to my arrival, so don't plan on utilizing that. The hotel does take your credit card and places a hold of $300 on it, or they will take a debit card and charge $300 and refund it back in a few days, I hate when people leave this information out, it has made a difference in the past on my choice of where to stay. Kim did provide this information after I had booked. Because of this I thought room charging would be okay. The first day when attempting to charge something back to my room (so that I can get Mlife credit....more on that in a minute) I was told there was a "red flag" on my account and I could not post charges to the room. That did get cleared up the next day. I am still trying to get credit from Mlife for the items charged to the room though. So, if you are an Mlife member expecting to use your stay to maintain your status, know that it may take some work. I still don't have that sorted out. All that being said, I enjoyed the 3 nights in this condo. It suited exactly why I wanted to get away. Having a kitchen was nice, the full size fridge was great. There is a Walgreens within walking distance for light food options as well as an ABC store. I do wish there were some dish towels in the kitchen, but paper towels are provided. I used the Tower 3 pool each day, including a cabana rental those days. That pool seemed to be the least active, which was perfect for me, I wasn't there to party. I've seen complaints about the distance to the MGM. It is a very short walk with moving sidewalks. If this distance is an issue, Vegas isn't a destination to consider. I would return to this condo knowing what to expect."

  • Great Trip Felt Just Like Home

    "Our family of 4, and include the mother-in-law, and brother-in-law, had a great home away from home experience. The suite was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper :) The location was perfect for attending daily dance events in the convention center. All pools were easily accessible and our own Starbucks and Bar/Dining locations right below us provided plenty of options. We would recommend renting from Signature again. The staff was super helpful and responsive. Thank you!"
