The Space:
Bedroom layout - Bedroom 1 - one queen bed + two twin beds; Bedroom 2 - one queen bed. Two more log cabin rentals are available as well! Check out our other listings if you need more space for additional friends and family!

Welcome to The Cabins At Farrington Hollow. Your escape to rest, relaxation, peace, and tranquility. The fully furnished cabins have been finished with the highest quality craftsmanship and the finest amenities. A year round destination! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of space! Take advantage of the snowmobile trails and snowshoeing, sledding, and cross country skiing! Curl up by the fireplace after a day of enjoying the outdoors! You'll love hiking and sitting around the campfire on those warm summer nights! The Cabins At Farrington Hollow offer something for everyone. Traveling with a large group or looking for the perfect spot for your family reunion? With multiple cabins there is enough space for everyone to enjoy their time together and still have their privacy. Leave the world of hustle and bustle behind and take a break from those electronic devices. The kids will be kids again using their imaginations, spending the day outside in the fresh air soaking up all that nature has to offer. This will truly be a trip they will always remember!

Other Things to Note:
Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months. We tend to get a lot of snow and do our best to keep the driveways clear. However, our driveways are hilly and may be difficult to get up them without four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. If you do get stuck please let us know, we do have the means to pull you out. Please be mindful that we can't assist between the hours of 8pm and 6am and there may be an extra fee if we assist multiple times during your stay.

The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend.

This property was awesome. It was peaceful and quiet and just the place I was looking for to relax with the family. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with a tv. With in 15 min they had a new one for me. That kind of service is not found anymore. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to just relax with nature.

Birthday Getaway

A getaway for my husband and I. We had an enjoyable relaxing time together for three days, and my daughter and three grandchildren came for the last day/night. The cabin is warm, cozy, clean, adorable. I love that it has two full bathrooms, and the living room area with the wood burning fireplace is so cozy. There was 2-3 feet of snow so we couldn't walk any trails, and we don't snowmobile, but we went sledding down all the different driveway slopes and walked around the property each day. I can't say enough about the cabin, the property and especially our host Alissa. She went above and beyond. She showed us the other cabins for future stays and she let our grandchildren feed the chickens and goats. As well as talk to us about the history of The Cabins at Farrington Hollow. We can't wait to go back!

Thanksgiving In The Woods

My family spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful property. The cabin is super clean and super cozy. The host Alissa is as good as it gets. She is awesome and attentive to everything. The historic cabin was rebuilt using hand-hewn logs, giant wood-burning stove to watch while lounging on the leather couch. The cabin is very tastefully decorated - relaxed and fresh (think Joanna Gaines' "farmhouse chic". The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, spices, etc.) with all of the modern conveniences. Several covered porch areas overlook the surrounding woods and an outside fire pit. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with comfy beds. Wifi in the cabin works great. The property is a mix of open rolling terrain surrounded by steeper forested hills (including an awesome sled hill). There is a children's playground area right next to the cabin. The owners are super responsive and live on the property if you need anything. My son was thrilled with the tour of the many farm operations. We fed chickens, played with goats, learned about sugar maple sap collection for syrup production. There is a high-tunnel and preparation for future vegetable production. You can buy fresh eggs right on site for your morning breakfast. Close to Allegany, E'ville, Buffalo, Fredonia, skiing at Cockaigne is 5 minutes away. We live in Williamsville and arrived in 55 minutes. Just go - this is the one..

The Cherry Grove cabin was phenomenal. It is a small rustic but beautifully decorated and immaculately clean cabin perfect for the 6 of us family member girls. There was everything that we could have needed for cooking, sleeping, and terrifically comfortable. The fire pit out right in front of the cabin was very large, covered in stones so not muddy and more than enough room around it for probably 8 or 9 people. The adirondack chairs were very nice to have so leave your camp chairs at home. The host Alyssa clearly prides herself on every single detail of preparing the cabin for you The contact between her and I from the time of booking through our stay was unsurpassed. Thank you for everything. We are already planning to book this or another cabin or cabins in May!

Alissa’s cabin exceeded all expectations on every level. Her hard work and attention to detail for this property was obvious the minute we stepped inside. Cabin the woods

The cabin was great. Sitting on the deck and in the screen in porch was so neat drinking coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night. Sitting around the camp fire making smores with the grandkids was awesome. A great place to stay.

Great cabin

This was probably one of the best rentals I've stayed in. The place was very clean, Alissa was very quick to respond, and even let us check in early. We took a tour of the chicken coop and goat area. They have a lot going on! The cabin itself is clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was great! My only negatives are that the queen bed in the room with the bathroom is very firm. Some people like that, but it was too much for me. The other room had plenty of comfortable beds for my family. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, just not the best knives and spatulas. Not too big of a deal though. The stairs are steep so if you have little kids, that might be a challenge. We didn't have time to explore the areas close by, but it seemed like at least a 25/30 minute drive to do any good hiking.

If you've ever said " We need a quiet cabin in the woods" , you'll find it here. The bonus is this cabin comes with great beds, plenty of hot water and all the conveniences you'll need. The real bonus is the host, Alissa, she is a prompt communicator and a true pleasure to deal with.

Our Anniversary Getaway

We were so incredibly blessed to be able to spend a long weekend at this beautiful cabin. The setting was perfect, only a few minute drive in to town, and the peace and quiet at the cabin was amazing. Alissa goes above and beyond to make sure that you have anything and everything that you need. The cabin was clean, well stocked and so adorable. We loved everything about it, but sitting by the fire at night was our absolute favorite. This beach girl may have just been converted to a mountain girl. We would love to come back next year to celebrate our 25th!

The perfect retreat

Cherry Creek is clean and comfortable with a cabin-like charm yet includes all the modern conveniences. The property itself is gorgeous...a wooded, rolling hill paradise, that is quiet and serene. The owners are wonderful people who were responsive before, during, and after our stay. They have chickens so we bought fresh eggs from them and that they can provide fire wood made that part very convenient too. We spent a week and are looking to a return visit sometime in the future!

Quiet and Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful cabin set in a quiet spot in the woods. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and supplies. Owner has grill supplies available upon request which worked great. Perfect fall getaway!

I absolutely loved my stay at this quiet cabin! It has everything you need and is just like the description says. Although there are other cabins on the land they are far enough away from each other that I almost forgot I wasn't alone in the woods! I enjoyed the privacy of the land and had fun hiking and gathering around the fire pit. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here!

Laid back family fun

The photos of the property are exactly as listed. Our family had a wonderful time just being in nature and relaxing all while having the comforts of home. We traveled with our 3 children ages 1, 6 and 10. They loved the firepit and roasting marshmallows! The playground was a fun added bonus we really liked. The kids also enjoyed finding the chickens and turkeys on property! The communication with Alissa was amazing she was very responsive and helpful. Her family makes you feel very welcomed. The cabin itself had everything we wanted no need to pack a lot besides your clothes and food! The washer and dryer was nice to keep up so when we arrived home very little laundry was left to finish. So many little touches like spices, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, linens etc all for you. Not that you’ll be watching much tv but they had plenty of movies for you. They have firewood available for sale and they will bring it right to you! Super cute we may need to make it an annual trip.

Wonderful getaway!

The cabin was a fantastic getaway, a perfect mix of peace and quiet in nature combined with activities when desired. The cabin itself was beautiful and included great decking and outdoor seating as well. The property manager was super responsive and not only answered all questions but offered helpful local info as well! We would highly recommend this as a travel destination and will be back with more friends and family!

Simply Perfect!

This is such a special place and our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay. The property is super clean, organized and with so many amenities (i.e. hair dryer, fans in the rooms, AC, stocked kitchen, etc.). The interior is updated and looks brand new, while still rustic and cozy. The grounds are breathtaking. The kids loved playing in the woods and at the playground. Our group enjoyed a nice hike on one of the trails. The owners are so nice, responsive and attentive. We hope to be back real soon. Recommend 100%!

Relaxing girls getaway

I can’t say enough about this little gem in the woods! When I saw it in online I thought it was too good to be true, but it’s exactly as it shows. The Cherry grove house was beautifully furnished for a cabin. Appliances and kitchen are new and updated. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The Fire pit with Adirondack chairs was a great way to end the night and the screened in patio overlooking the woods was a perfect place to have appetizers and cocktails. What made it extra special was the owner. We arrived and within moments, wood for the fire was dropped off at our doorstep along with a bin with everything we needed for grilling. The bottle of complimentary wine and marshmallow sticks was a wonderful touch. Don’t worry if you forget anything because for a small fee those things can be purchased. Overall, it was a wonderful retreat, especially if you’re looking to just relax, eat and drink in a tranquil setting. We will be back for sure!! Thank you!!

We are the caretakers of our family farm. We were both born
and raised In Florida, but have been visiting the farm every
summer since we purchased it in 2014.

We fell in love with the area and really enjoyed helping with all
sorts of projects over the years. Our son especially enjoys
riding on all the equipment around the property.

We hope to add a lot of new things to the farm along the way
such as large animals and a barn to host events.
