Seafarers Landing is one of the best-appointed, water access-only holiday homes on the Hawkesbury River, providing everything you need to make your stay a perfect getaway.
This home captures the relaxing vibe of the river. Treat your senses to the feeling of escape.
Seafarers Landing offers great Hawkesbury River views across to Berowra Waters & Bar Island.
Surrounded by nature & sculptured rock faces, awesome views, beautiful sunsets & lazy lounges.
Wine, dine & relax at Seafarers Landing

Seafarers' Landing is only a short stroll from the banks of the Hawkesbury River and only a 10 min boat ride from car parking areas. Most arrive by water taxi while others bring their own boat. Boat sizes apply due to regulations (max 5 metres).

Experience the pleasure of large indoor and outdoor settings with fabulous views of the river and sunsets (see guest reviews).
Once there you will enjoy the fine touches of decor, including quality appliances, wine glasses, platters & crockery to entertain in style in a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The house has a stunning bathroom. Very comfortable queen and double beds with linen and towels provided. Each room has elevated bag racks and ample hanging spaces.
The living area has relaxing double lounge chairs for you and yours to cuddle up on while watching the huge TV. There is also a large TV in the main bedroom for those times when you just want to snuggle up in bed and watch a movie.

We also provide free Wifi, Netflix, DVDs & CDs.

On the front upper and lower decks, you will find spacious all-weather areas with day beds to lounge and soak up the great outdoors, plant yourself at the wine barrel table and stools, and a fun place to sit while you play darts or cards, regardless of the weather.

On the rear deck be sure to sit under the stars by the outdoor fireplace and BBQ while enjoying stunning views of the river and awesome sunsets.

Relax & chill out or go fishing, swimming, boating, canoeing, water-skiing, bushwalking, sailing, bird watching -the choice is yours.

Seafarers' Landing is also close to many great restaurants accessible by boat, such as:

Great weekend getaway

Thank you for your review. I am so pleased you stayed at Seafarers' Landing and did some exploring. The area is very relaxing and the wildlife is incredible. I hope you got to see some of the funny Bush Turkeys, Parrots, and other wonderful wildlife in action and got to see the Possums in the trees. We often do the afternoon walk along the foreshore at dusk or soak up the sunsets from the verandah. Thanks again - you were lovely guests. Perry

Tranquility and Relaxation

What a beautiful place, we absolutely loved our stay at Seafarers Landing, our host Perry was wonderful and made check in and our stay easy and stress free. Will definitely want to stay again and will be telling our family and friends about this beautiful place.

Perfect Hawkesbury chilled stay

This little cottage is big enough for a family of four with plenty of outside relaxing space. Perry has thought of everything you may need so it’s very comfortable - just need food and a few toys for the kids. Friendly neighbors close by give the property a little village feel. Lovely views on the top deck for meals. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Perfect relaxation in a spectacular location

Two of us stayed to do a mix of work and relaxation. The location was perfect, very quiet with beautiful water and tree views. The house was well appointed and very comfortable, Perry had thought of everything you could need. We walked to the natural pool which was spectacular to swim in. Hidden gem, would love to return!

The most restful getaway...

Seafarer's Landing is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle, the house is warm and cozie, we enjoyed evenings by the outside fire and mornings on the front balcony. Was wonderful to have good quality linen and all necessary kitchen utensils provided. Perry was the perfect host. Great place if you just want to relax. Looking forward to returning.

My family and I had a great time, the house was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in, beautifully decorated and in such a beautiful spot along the Hawkesbury River. Our dogs loved exploring the yard and they had the best time too. Thanks again!

The most relaxing break

We had the most relaxing break for 6 days at Seafarers Landing. Perry is a very welcoming host and made booking, check in and stay seamless for us. House is very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Boat jetty was meters away and we used our own boat to fish everyday and visited a few remote beaches in the area. House is big enough for a family of 4, in our case 2 adults and 2 furry friends. Our dogs had a ball staying there too, enjoyed bush walks around Bar Point. If you are looking to disconnect and relax from hustle and bustle of Sydney - this a a perfect spot!

Our 3-night stay was to celebrate my husband's birthday. We wanted to have a peaceful, relaxing getaway that was a little bit different to our usual & that was exactly what we experienced. Arriving by water taxi was amazing! The property is like a home away from home. Extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly require is there. Perry is a fabulous host who provides an array of information, not only on how to logistically navigate your way to the accommodation but also provide helpful information on where to dine, what to do etc. (he also has impeccable taste in decor). Bar Point Seafarers Landing

This location and property are Superb. House is in the Perfect Location at the right height to get beautiful views and see the changing light morning and evening. The house has top of the range facilities and appliances. Everything just works. The floating dock is easy to find and moor boat to. The waterway is superb. We motored to Wiseman's Ferry in an easy hour. There are numerous places to explore and visit. The most interesting from a historic viewpoint is Bar Island. Seafarers Landing is so close to Sydney but a million miles away. All the city stresses disappear as soon as you arrive. A wonderful place which I hope to return to.

Lovely house with all the comforts of home. Beautifully presented and well maintained riverside cottage with plenty of kitchen items to choose from, comfy indoor and outdoor furniture, comfy beds and luxuriously soft towels.

Peaceful getaway

We had a lovely time at Perry's property. It's situated on the Hawkesbury and we enjoyed exploring the water and nearby beaches and national parks by boat. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Perry was an excellent host - very easy to communicate with. Only one minor suggestion would be for a bedside lamp to enable bedtime reading. Thanks for having us to stay and the great local tips!

Peaceful escape

This is a fabulous property in a great location, allowing an escape from the world for a little while and explore the Hawkesbury. Fabulously well equipped with everything you need and want and the host provided us with everything we needed to know. The beds were comfy too! We can’t wait to go back.

Peaceful

Bar Island is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The house is stylish and comfortable and a great place to relax with views of the Hawkesbury river and surrounds. It’s water access only so be prepared to pay for water taxis if you don’t have a boat. Or hire a boat in Brooklyn to make the most of the area. BYO fishing rods or kayaks if you so desire. Otherwise relax with a good book, and go for bush walks along the foreshore. It’s a good spot to stop and relax.

Perfect for the long weekend

My partner, two friends and I stayed here over the Labour Day weekend and could not recommend it more! Perry was there when we arrived by private boat and was friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and has all the amenities you need. It was very peaceful and perfect for us all to switch off and chill out. We all wish we could have stayed longer!

Rest and recuperation

Seafarers landing exceeded our expectations. The house is cozy and gorgeous with great attention to detail. We loved boat only access so we felt far away from civilization without losing any 5 star comforts. Amazing and large effort by the owners we will be back.

Peaceful retreat

Thanks Perry, we have spent a beautiful weekend! Such a cosy and comfy house with amazing views on the Hawkesbury river. Would definitely go back if I can!

Very peaceful and relaxing

This property is a great place to go to if you want to get away from the busyness of life. It has great scenery with a great outdoor space. The house was very cozy and is the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen, whilst small, was very homey and nice. Our favourite place was the outdoor fireplace. If you don't have a boat you will have to hire a water taxi to and from the property. All things considered we had a great time and would certainly visit again.

A brilliant way to escape city hustle and bustle

What a brilliant way to escape the daily grind. Our stay had everything we could possibly need and Perry was an excellent host to communicate with. Bush fire trails out the back that we could explore at our own will and a fun experience getting to and from via the local river taxi, Neil. Will definitely be visiting again.

We found this delightful house just a few minute boat ride from Brooklyn with a jetty and boasting gorgeous views of the Hawkesbury River. We felt as if we had stepped into another time. So we bought it.

We focused our attention on detail and thought of what you would expect out of your vacation experience.
Seafarers' Landing offers:

この宿泊施設の特徴

What we mostly like about Seafarers' Landing and Bar Point is that the moment you arrive you are in a different world as there are no cars. Yet only a few minutes away by boat from fine dining, shops, pubs, and clubs, parks, and unique places such as Bar Island, Milson Island, and Dangar Island.

The views are stunning, wildlife abounds and the river is just amazing to be on.
If you don't have a boat there are several walks and places to see from the shore.
