The Resort and neighborhood

Situated right off the Osceola Parkway, it has easy access to the big 3 major attractions - Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.
And, spectacular outlet shopping is within minutes from Storey Lake, with 2 of the top 10 outlet malls in the country located nearby.

All types of dining, from chain restaurants to fine dining are also close by. Storey Lake Resort will feature a sand beach area with tiki huts providing comfortable shade along with hammocks for relaxing.

Canoe and kayak rentals will be offered for lake activities along with fishing.

The clubhouse will be top-notch and will provide hours of enjoyment for all ages.

It will feature a tiki bar to quench your thirst and to grab a bite to eat at the poolside.

For those  who wish to have fun in the water, you will be in heaven with a lazy river, an adult pool, a kiddie pool with a beach entry, a pool slide, and a splash pad!

A fitness center will be available to keep toned, while a mini spa will provide relief for those sore muscles.

Minimum Age: Party Leader must be 21 years old or over to have a booking confirmed.

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, minimum of $150. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

Our customer service team is available every day from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have. Whether you need assistance with your accommodations or have questions about local attractions, we're here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The house is big enough for 12 people. The description of rooms is accurate and Spacious. But It needs some TLC. For the amount of money you paid you expect more comfort better things in the kitchen. I will recommend probably more towels ( literally there was one per person) a new and bigger set of cooking ware, the couch downstairs was old, some chairs were missing screws. The washer and dryer were very noisy. We had trouble with pool heater( but money was refunded promptly). The site amenities were either closed or under renovations. We had trouble with the entrance codes. Thankfully gates were open most of the time. The place is half hour from Universal and 20/15 min to Disney parks. There is a walking distance super Target and the place is close to restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with management was good.

We had a great time in Orlando, however the property itself was disappointing.Although the house is a good size, it was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Carpets and furniture were worn and grubby, walls were marked and dusty, and we found a Walmart receipt on the floor dated before our arrival which also showed it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We saw silverfish and ants in the kitchen area, and there were cracked, sharp tiles in the bathroom.Several plug sockets didn’t work, some TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet, the washing machine was extremely noisy, and the iron leaked as the water reservoir cover was missing.We were only given one towel per guest so had to wash them constantly. The first night the upstairs bedrooms were extremely cold with no extra bedding provided.Travelling with a 12-week-old baby and the bedroom temperature was very warm. The thermostat cannot be set below 71F and our request to lower it or provide a fan was declined, which made nights very stressful.We were also woken most mornings around 3am by loud bin collections from flats behind the property.The pool area was smaller than it appeared in the photos and didn’t get much sun, and parking is really only suitable for one car which became tricky at the weekends when Storey Lake becomes extremely busy with large groups.The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby and the host replied quickly to messages, but overall the property needs significant maintenance.

Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a familiy vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Our son and his family stayed at a different propery and we shared the large home with out daughters and their spouses and children. It was a great and fun experience.

The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, centrally located, and the beds were very comfortable. It was great for our family. The clubhouse and community lazy river and clubhouse were hard to locate. Overall it was a terrific place to stay.

Beautiful property in a great location

The house is beautiful. It is very spacious and has plenty of rooms to accommodate our group comfortably. Each of the rooms was very well appointed and made for a comfortable space to relax in after a long day out golfing. The house is close to Disney and a short drive to Universal and International Drive. It was the perfect location and a property that we look forward to booking for future Orlando vacations.

NICE ACCOMODATION

Spacious house with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately the swimming pool area is very small and not big enough for 8 persons. Looking at a fence is not attractive, but for people who are out and about this is a very nice place to stay.

Should include a heated pool. Welcome package should be less meager.

Great place for a big group

The house was great. Plenty of space to spread out. It wasn’t clear that we needed to get a pass to enter the community so there was a little run around when we arrived, but it all worked out. Otherwise the stay was great!!

Great Location

Property is close to the parks, as well as a Target and Walmart. The thermostat did reset every day so we’d have to reset it so it would keep the house cool which was slightly annoying.

Great Set Up; Very Nice Place

Came in town for a work conference. 4 guys stayed here instead of a hotel. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 3 days, outside grill. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone have privacy. WIFI worked great to catch up on afternoon work emails. Great Experience.
