This newly renovated 3 Bedroom modern condo suite includes a large balcony, overlooking Heritage Park. The first bedroom has 1 King size bed, the second bedroom has 2 Full size beds and the third bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with an additional Queen size sofa bed in the Livingroom (accommodates 6 people max). Not a detail was spared, this condo has a large living room and dining area with a table that seats 6, flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. 2 Full bathrooms each with a shower, include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. A brand new fully equipped Kitchen with a huge wraparound island and extra seating for 3, with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home! Fast wireless internet, washer and dryer inside the unit and one FREE parking spot.
This Luxury Condo Building is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, directly across the street from the beach. Each condo includes a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi. The building includes a beautiful pool, with pool chairs and cabanas, a full Fitness Center, Convenience Store and Cafe, Tennis Courts, Meeting room, Games room and Salon.
Please take note:
*** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 6 occupants. Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be declined from the front desk.
- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day.
RESORT FEE: There will be a $51.50 fee per reservation. Includes 2 fobs. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities.
PARKING: One FREE parking spot included
-A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.
