Our Happy Place

Great for friends, families, bikers or golfers! Sleeps up to 6 people in beds plus a sleeper sofa.
Spectacular lake front home with pristine views of Arkansas's natural limestone bluffs. Lake Ann is the perfect lake for relaxing. Small enough to feel safe but large enough to enjoy water sports. You will enjoy two spacious living areas, both with floor to ceiling views of the lake in this two-story 3400 sq ft home.

The upstairs living area provides a relaxing open floor plan to visit with friends and family while cooking, dining, watching the 65" LED smart tv or just sitting on the balcony taking in the beauty. Both large upstairs bedrooms have a king sized bed with additional seating. The master bedroom has a private balcony and bath.

Downstairs has a living area, bunk room that sleeps 6, pull out queen sectional, bedroom with a king bed and twin/double bunk bed, full bath and a partial kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. Enjoy the pool table and dartboard while watching the 75" LED Smart TV, watching movies from a library of over 100 on the blu-ray dvd player, play games/puzzles on the game table or relax on the electric sofa while taking in the fun!

Available for use: 4 kayaks, paddleboard, fishing chair, bikes, lifejackets, playpen.

Activities close by include Bella Vista golf courses, fishing, boating, swimming, tennis/pickleball and an 18 hole disc golf course. You can road bike all the way to Fayetteville on the Razorback Greenway or mountain bike over 100 miles of Land of Oz trails, starting with the Back 40 trailhead just yards from this home!

Nearby are well known attractions like the world famous Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Amazeum, Bentonville Square that hosts a splash park in the summer and ice skating rink in the winter, the Walmart AMP, Top Golf, Eureka Springs, Branson's shopping and entertainment like the Sight & Sound Theater; Silver Dollar City amusement park, Table Rock and Beaver lakes, Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel and Pea Ridge Civil War battlefield.

We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the pool table, darts, and hanging out downstairs. The adults enjoyed quiet mornings looking at the lake, and even a few chilly paddles. The kitchen had everything we needed for making big meals! We all loved being so close to the mountain bike trails! Flo ride was awesome, and go ride was pretty cool! Great spot to explore Bentonville!

Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. Really appreciated the Keureg pods since I forgot mine! Ample space to spread out and comfortable sleeping places! Very thankful for multiple towels and washrags as well. For 8 women on a girls trip it was great!

We had a great stay! The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the deep water swimming right off the dock is great. We used the lake toys and just swam all day. The house is a great size, and everything was clean and convenient. Owners thought of some nice touches, like having an air compressor to blow up swim toys. Owners were also super responsive to questions. Great house, friendly hosts!

This home was wonderful. Lots of room for family time. Right on the lake with kayaks, canoe, paddle-board, lily pad, life vests everything you needed to enjoy the lake, which was AMAZING! Beautiful views and sunsets. The pictures don't do it justice. The family is already talking about wanting to go back and we just got home. It was so relaxing with everything you needed for a nice weekend.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend

We loved our long, peaceful weekend. The house and lake are beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The fire pit is in a cute little nook on the bank. The darts and pool table were so fun. We highly recommend this home!

We stayed at this property for three days with ten people. We had an amazing stay with the home being exceptionally clean and the AC ice cold. We loved having the additional kitchenette downstairs made the stay very convenient. We had a blast kayaking the lake with the kayaks provided along with swimming off the dock area. There were plenty of things to do while there inside and outside the home. We can’t wait for our trip next year in 2026 and will be booking this same home.Thank you for an amazing stay! Dara

Bella Vista Lakeside Family Friendly Home

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is set up well for a large multi-generational family. The view is great especially from the main floor deck. As a bird lover, I appreciated watching all the birds both in the trees nearby and the bluffs across the lake. The family enjoyed taking the kayaks over to see the bluffs and playing in the water. There's a lot to do nearby in Bella Vista and Bentonville.

Bella Vista Lake Ann House - Perfection

My family had an excellent stay at this charming property. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner, and we loved the fireplace, and all the fun games (pool table, ping pong, darts). The kids even had a blast and wanted to stay longer. We went on wonderful hikes

Great place to stay for golf outing

Stayed here with a group of friends for a yearly golf outing. Nice roomy home, very clean and beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely come back.

Golf trip

We stayed at this location for a golf trip. The property is great with plenty of room. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
