This is our second time staying at this house, and we will definitely come back again. It is clean with a fabulous atmosphere and close to Katherine's Landing, where we spend our days on the water. Hosts are always wonderful!

This place is beautifully decorated. We stayed with our son and three young grandkids. It had everything we needed. Lots of extra towel, pack-n-play for the baby, high chair, games for the kids and so much more. Just a few minutes from Katherine’s landing, casinos and stores. The host was super accommodating and available to answer any questions and provide immediate help.

Will be coming back!

We had such a wonderful time. Love how close the house is to the lake! So easy. The home was clean the only reason I put 4 stars for cleanliness is bc the guest bathroom toilet had urine going down front of bowl and the floors left kiddos feet little dirty but we just cleaned it up and all good. Overall it was very clean otherwise!

Vacation Dream

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house was so beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Felt like a beach front home with decor. Host Kim very helpful and nice. We highly recommend this home as we will definitely be repeat visitors.

Perfect home

This is one of the best houses we have stayed at and the customer service was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The house was perfectly clean and the couch was perfect for our end of the day lounging! Couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect house and location!!

House was as described and exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and comfortable!! Kitchen is well stocked had everything we needed. Home had plenty of space for our 2 small families to gather and enjoy ourselves. Pool was a big hit for the kids and we got the opportunity to enjoy the backyard patio. The lake was a short drive away, which made it very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lake Mohave Get Away

The property is just as seen in the pictures. Immaculately clean and I have high standards for cleanliness. Everything was fully functional. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. The owner was also very easy to call to answer questions prior to our stay. Great neighborhood.

This was a great property. Close enough to the action of Laughlin but out of the craziness. House was great, very clean. Offer white towels so be careful because there is a fee for any stains. We would happily stay again

A weekend stay

We really enjoyed this beautiful house. We had a short weekend with family for a baby show and anniversary. It was fabulous and the contact with owners was excellent. They really cared about our comfort! We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and convenient location.

We celebrated my father-in-laws's 79th birthday at this rental property. Everything was exactly as described, the house was well stocked with all that we needed and the property owner was beyond responsive to all inquiries and requests. Note that the pool is not heated. The water was little chilly in late October, but I'm sure it feels fabulous during the blazing hot summers.

Best VRBO we have stayed at, by far

Property was in a great location, right off the main highway and very close to Katherine’s landing. We went for the Bullhead Bike run and we also had our boat. It was wonderful because there was plenty of parking for our truck, boat and all the bikes. There’s a little Dollar General store that is walking distance which was nice because we needed a few things and this made it very convenient. Our whole party was very satisfied and happy with this vacation home. This vacation and home did not disappoint.😊❤️

Owner was very responsive. Locatiobs is quiet. Description is accurate. Place is clean. Pool is not heated, but you get used to it. Gets very windy. Got very windy on our last night. Awesome place to hang out and enjoy the scenic mountains. I’d recommend.

Fantastic property!!!! Can't wait to stay here again.

My family always rents homes on our vacations and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring anything from home. Super soft white towels, very clean house, pool towels, plenty of extra blankets for snuggling on the couch. Lots of fun games for the kids and plenty of Tv's to occupy adult and teenagers Tv preferences. This home is very close to Lake Mohave and the river. We took the boat to the lake on Friday and Saturday and rented jet ski's on the river on Sunday. A few of us adults went to the Casinos on Sunday night and had a great time. Even won some money!! The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to the questions we had before our stay. We had 1 question late at night and we called the owners, they picked up right away and helped us. We can not wait to stay here again. Hopefully we can get 1 more lake trip in this season and then we can come back to enjoy our Razors and dirt bikes when it cools off. So many trails right by the property. We can not wait to explore them. Highly recommend this home. Owner said they will have a second one available in August. Can't wait to try that one out too.
