Come relax in the peace and tranquility of your very private 3.5 acre home away from home. This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles. It is nestled high on a point with a spectacular views from your "cottage office" overlooking the Parry Sound harbour. See sunset right from the dining room table or cottage room and sunrise sitting in your muskoka rocker on top the point. This hill top is panoramic with views over Georgian Bay to the west, north and east (yes, sunset and sunrise). Windswept pines are plentiful. Staircase to 2 large decks at the waters edge facing west and north with your muskoka chairs to watch the sunset or go for a swim.

2000 square foot home (bungalow), large master bedroom (20x16), dressers, closet, ensuite bathroom with the best tub you will ever rest in - fully equipped with a "tub table" for your glass of wine, candle, ipad stand or good book! Don't fall asleep!

Open kitchen to open concept vaulted ceiling living, dining, and sunrooms. Kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine!

Fibre high speed WIFI (burstable speeds of up to 2Gbps down, 1Gbps up). Satellite TV.

New printer scanner also available.

Raining? Fully equipped with all the games you could want to play or over 100 different books.

Want an islands boat tour, sunset cruise? Kayak? Available at an additional cost, depending on availability. Please inquire.

Please note: The 6 person maximum day and night is strict. This is NOT a party cottage.

Gorgeous views and so many relaxing spaces

The house is located on a point and you get to see both sunrise and sunsets. There are two docks with lots of seating to enjoy the views and take a dip in the water. There are stairs you need to go up and down so don't forget to bring everything with you as you will spend a long time sitting on the docks. The house is very clean and has many seating areas as well. We enjoyed eating at the large dining table, playing games (which they had there) in the den and leaving the main living room for reading and quiet time. All the areas are connected so you can still see everyone and not feel secluded. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. The rooms were a bit small but were comfortable and well laid out. The master bedroom was huge though and very nice. There is ample car parking and the garage is very roomy and nice to keep our outdoor stuff from getting wet. The hosts were quick to respond and very hospitable. They had baked us some of the very best pumpkin spice cookies I have tasted and cheesy bread. They know the area very well and gave pointers on where to go. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back again. It is a solid gem. Thank you, Rajivi

A great place to relax and unwind

Although the weather was poor much of the time we had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the slap of water against the rocks, and the whistle of the wind in the pines. We even saw a bald eagle. The cottage had every luxury we could have asked for.
