The Space:

Stepping inside, an immense open living space reveals a breathtaking 180-degree panorama of the Caribbean Sea, with the island of Saba rising on the horizon. Sleek architectural lines frame the exterior, where an expansive L-shaped saltwater pool glistens in the sun. Its design is both playful and serene, featuring a built-in table and seating area, a central island daybed, and easy access via a beach-style slope or steps leading from the elegant poolside gazebo.



The gazebo itself is a showpiece, its signature leaf-patterned ceiling casts a soft dappled glow over the plush seating and wet bar, creating the perfect spot for sunset cocktails. Along the pool, daybeds, loungers, and parasols invite endless hours of relaxation under the Caribbean sky.



Inside, Villa Avanti exudes a refined, contemporary aesthetic with subtle exotic influences. Custom furnishings by Manutti and Roche Bobois, tactile woods, and accents of burnt orange and earthy tones create an ambiance of understated sophistication. Primitive art and woven textiles bring warmth and soul to the modern lines.



The main living area features a chic lounge, dining space, and a TV corner with an 82-inch Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a central island, and a breakfast bar. Large glass doors open entirely to welcome ocean breezes or close for climate-controlled comfort. Outdoor dining and a gas barbecue offer the perfect setting for alfresco meals beneath the stars.



A cork-lined media room with an 82-inch Smart TV and Bose surround sound is ideal for cozy movie nights. The five luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and open rain shower, combine privacy and elegance. Four have walk-in closets, and all feature Smart TVs and Bose soundbars. The master suite is a serene retreat with a lounge area, walk-in closet, and a private terrace featuring a three-person jacuzzi.

Guest Access:

* Chef Service Included: Two meals per day during the Holiday Season only (Dec 17 - Jan 7), either Breakfast & Lunch or Breakfast & Dinner. A Food & Beverage Deposit of $4,000 is due 30 days prior to arrival.

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).

* Complimentary Welcome Basket: A curated welcome basket will be awaiting you upon arrival. Not applicable when booking includes chef services.

* Complimentary Arrival Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the airport to the villa is included for up to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport host just outside the arrivals hall.

* Complimentary Departure Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the villa to the airport is included for up to 10 guests.

For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Getting Around:

To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available year-round. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

* Bedroom 2 is accessible for wheelchair users.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.
