Please note that the posted rates are for 3 SUITES with a max of 6 guests. Only need 2 SUITES? 4 guests permitted. Please inquire for 25% nightly rate reduction.
A FEW HOUSE RULES & REMINDERS:
* Minimum age requirement for the responsible Guest is 30
* 6 TOTAL overnight Guests Max
* PETS are NOT permitted. Violation causes total loss of payments, deposit and stay
*Use of Sofa Sleeper during stay Incurs a $20 linen fee
* Missing pool towels will be charged $25 PER towel
* Additional cleaning will be charged at $75 PER hour
* $125/week cleaning charge added on stays of 8 nights or more
* Events / parties are not permitted
* NO bicycles, scooters or wheels permitted INSIDE the residence
* Smoking of anything inside the Villa is prohibited.
* Respectful noise levels between lock-off units and neighbors from 10pm - 7am
* A GARAGE is not part of the rental- there is ample parking in the adjacent lot or on the street
