Large family 3 bedroom home, poolside South Coogee

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, with lovely sea breezes all through summer, making it the perfect summer getaway.
You can spend the day lazing by the pool or take a short walk or 5min drive to either Coogee or Maroubra beach.

This is a large 2 level family home in South Coogee, we are renting out the whole of the top level of our home. You have your own private entry and full access to the shared pool and garden from your own private back veranda. There are stairs leading up to the front door, otherwise the layout is all on one level. The pool can be reached either via the side pool gate. (Please don’t use the top spiral stairs as they are very steep and slippery when wet)

The house is open plan, a large living area flows into the separate dinning and large open planned kitchen, with well stocked pantry. There are separate balcony's with large doors, off both spaces, one overlooking the pool with BBQ. The light is lovely all year round, with cross ventilation and ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms, making it cool in summer, yet with plenty of sun in winter.

The three bedrooms are accessed from the hall way, the main with king size bed and ensuite.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There is also a toilet off the laundry.
The other 2 bedrooms both have a double bed. There is a single mattress stored under the bed available for one child.
There are x3 desks for working/ study from home.

Its a short distance to either Coogee or Maroubra beach (approx 15min walk). There are five different rock pools that are great for swimming within an easy walking distance. Two good cafes are within 5 minuets walk, one with a fantastic bakery that does good coffee. Plenty more cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minuets drive away.
Easy access to the costal walk, with wet lands that takes you along Lurline Bay into Coogee beach. Or try the beautiful Maroubra headlands, National Parks walk. There is a small park one street away with a playground.
There is a bus stop close by, or it takes 20min to drive into the city.

This property is not suitable for groups under the age of 25years.

Small pets on request considered.
Our family friendly dog Koby (A French bull dog cross pug/beagle) lives downstairs!

Please be be respectful of our neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. If you are outside on the verandas particularity the noise carries.
