This centrally located 4 bedroom home is perfect for those coastal family getaways. The enclosed sun room is the ideal spot to spend the afternoon reading a book or relaxing and watching the local wildlife at your back door with an abundance of bird life and local wallabies regularly visiting. The property is conveniently located and is walking distance to clubs, the CBD and the beach. The undercover entertainment area with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ is great for summer and enjoying the bushland backdrop. The back yard is not fenced and backs onto the Woolgoolga Reserve.

Relaxing Stay

Birdsong is conveniently located to beach, main street and shopping. It's in a quiet residential area and backs onto a little creek. A comfortable home away from home in a beautiful seaside town.

Tranquil and lovely

Second time we have stayed here and just as lovely as the first. Quiet street, huge and empty back yard to sit and watch the birds feed. Easy walk to town and the wonderful menu at the RSL. Will stay here again next year.

Relaxing comfortable with everything you need

A great stay in a well kept house, room for our three kids plus three adults. Beautiful outside area where the rainbow lorikeets live. Close to beach and shops for a pleasant stay

Birdsong is a hit

We loved our stay here for our family. It was perfect in rain or sun and the backyard was a joy to look at over a morning coffee. Great location - close enough to town and beach to walk but far enough to truly feel away from it all. All the necessities are provided and more, we will hopefully be back to stay here again.

Our family were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this home. We had everything we needed, including birdseed to feed the birds that come each day. It was also a good location, close to everything we wanted to do. Will come again!

Exceeded expectations

This property was excellent. Plenty of room for us (10 & 12 yo). Property was exceptionally clean, with plenty of quality dinnerware and glasses. Bath towels were so soft and beach towels were also provided. Only a short walk to Diggers and short drive to lovely restaurants and cafes. We loved this property!

Birdsong was a pleasure

The property was clean and tidy, nice quiet location backing onto nature reserve, there was seed to feed the large variety of wild birds that came to visit. There were heaps of personal touches, enjoyed playing board games & everything was within walking distance. Had a beautiful meal at local Mexican restaurant which we walked too.

Relaxing

Very nicely appointed. Found the keysafe a little difficult to get into. Wondered if safety screens is a consideration. All in all, we were delighted with the property and if needing accommodation again in Woolgoolga, would want to stay there.

Great location

Great location & house. House had all you needed for being self contained. Including a BBQ area.Just walk in with your groceries & clothes. Great bird feeding opportunity. Only let down was the bedrooms were not air conditioned & the rubbish bins were full on arriving and the general waste bin was not emptied until 2nd last day of our stay.
