Upstairs, the home features a variety of thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The elegant King bedroom serves as a true retreat, complete with a spacious layout, plush king-size bed, and a private en suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Nearby, another bedroom offers two full-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups needing extra sleeping space. Additional bedrooms include a twin bunk bed setup, perfect for kids or friends, as well as a full bunk bed room that adds a fun and flexible sleeping arrangement. The final bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, completing the home’s comfortable layout.

Step outside and enjoy your private screened pool and spa, perfect for cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening. The lanai area includes comfortable seating and a dining table, creating a great space to socialize, dine, or simply enjoy the Florida weather. The home also includes a grill, ideal for outdoor cooking and gatherings.

For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer (please note that detergent is not provided).

Arrival Information
Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have regarding your arrival.

Essential
Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we only provide a starter supply of essential items. These include:

Two garbage bags
Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
Paper towels
Dish soap
Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap

We recommend that guests bring any additional supplies they may need during their stay, as we do not provide extra items such as detergent, liquid soap, or additional paper goods.

Extra Services
If your property has a pool, pool heat is available for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the system heats both the pool and spa at the same time, and it may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. We recommend arranging this service in advance.

If the property includes a grill, please note that there is a $29.95 usage fee.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at least one day in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pet Friendly
This home is pet-friendly. We do not charge an upfront pet fee; however, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is not followed or if any pet-related damage occurs.

Trash Guidelines
Trash pickup is daily. Please have all trash placed in the trash bench by 7:00 AM and ensure the lid remains closed, especially overnight. All trash must be properly bagged and tied using 13-gallon kitchen bags and must not exceed 30 lbs. Grocery bags are not permitted, and loose trash will not be collected. Liquids are not allowed. All boxes must be broken down flat before disposal.

Parking
This home includes a private garage with space for one vehicle, along with additional parking available in front of the property and street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Please note that all reservations must be made by a guest who is at least 21 years old.

ChampionsGate Resort Access
During your stay, you will have access to the amazing amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Enjoy the lazy river, gym, arcade, and resort-style pools, or simply relax and take in the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
