Inside you'll find a garage game room with TV, ping pong table, poker/bumper pool table, full size refrigerator, ice machine and elevator access to all levels. Den with a Double Sleep Sofa, flat-screen smart TV, Wii, XBox and deck access, a Bedroom with a DuoBunk with a flat-screen smart TV and semi-private full bath (Second door from bathroom to hallway).

Mid Level: Entry level to foyer, King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access and 2 Queen Bedrooms with a flat-screen smart TV and deck access (one has screened porch access) that share a jack-n-jill bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV, home theater sound system, dining room seating 10 with deck access, kitchen with subzero refrigerator, TV, 2 ovens, oven warmer, dining table seating 4, deck access and a half bath. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $250 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Golf Cart is available on premises for a $200 fee (plus tax) and a $50 cash key deposit at check in (refunded upon key return).

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
