The private pool area includes plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a tiki bar. A large outdoor turf area provides plenty of space for your entire group. Outdoor speakers allow you to enjoy great music while relaxing by the pool or grilling on the gas grill. Also, there is a 34" TV in the tiki bar!! The pool is open through Thanksgiving and can be heated for an additional fee!

The mid-level offers decks for various outdoor seating areas and a hot tub for relaxing. Completing this floor is a sitting area for separate relaxation with a TV/DVD combo and board games for all ages.

Top level: There is a well-stocked kitchen with many cabinets, a large island with additional seating, a 2nd sink, a large refrigerator with two ice makers, a double oven with a range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a separate pantry/buffet area that combine to create a great kitchen. The living area has a large SMART TV, DVD player, stereo, gas fireplace, elevator, and A half bath. Master bedroom (king) with 32" TV/DVD and deck access, and ocean views;

Middle level: Master bedroom (king) with 32" TV/DVD and deck access to hot tub; master bedroom (queen) with 32" TV/DVD and deck access; master bedroom (2 twins) with 32" TV/DVD and deck access; sitting room with TV and deck access

TVs on this lower level can be used with "guest-provided Roku sticks."

Dogs are welcome. High-speed wireless internet access, porta-crib, high chair/booster seat, and bed and bath linens are provided all year. The Ocean Lake community features a community pool and a separate kids' pool, tennis courts, a stocked 7-acre lake, and beach access walkways.

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
