Perched atop its seafront bluff on Trinity Harbour, Commander's Keep showcases 225 degree vistas of the Harbour, Skerwink Cliffs, Lighthouse at Fort Point, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond!
This beautifully maintained, immaculate “saltbox style” home has a traditional feel, yet with every modern convenience and comfort one could wish for!
From the huge wrap-around deck outside, and from every room of this authentically constructed traditional Newfoundland home, our oceanfront location affords some of the most striking scenery and breathtaking ocean views and rugged coastline that Newfoundland has to offer!
From the deck, one also has views of the town of Trinity with Gun Hill as the backdrop. Every room in the house has two or more windows which catch the ocean breezes off the water, keeping the house continually refreshed.
The main floor INTERIOR is open-concept style, with the only enclosed space on the ground floor being the large spa-like bathroom with laundry facilities hidden by curtains.
The gourmet kitchen is any chef’s dreamworld, fully equipped with cookery and utensils and, as a bonus, great views and super sound system to cook by!
The natural wood walls, pine floors, and 9’ beamed ceilings along with the double sided wood-burning fireplace completes the ambiance in the two storey high “inglenook” / great room!
Main level also has a home theatre system, and free secure WiFi and local telephone service. A private assortment of Books, board and card games, and DVDs are there on the shelves for your enjoyment.
Three bedrooms, a full bathroom and an ensuite are located on the second floor. Each bedrooms bedroom has terrific views of the Town, the Harbour, and the ocean beyond.
