Paula's Palm Paradise is a great area of town with quick access to shopping, restaurants, Fort Myers, Sanibel and the local beaches.

Pet-friendly home that allows up to 1 medium sized dog. PET CLEANING FEE OF $100 applies and must be selected during reservation. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS

This charming Florida style home has 3 bedrooms, the large master provides a comfy queen bed and en suite bathroom with step in shower. The first spacious guest room features a queen size bed and the second has 2 twins. All 3 rooms come equipped with TVs and high speed wireless internet throughout the home. The full guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and access to the pool area.

Create homemade meals for friends and family in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample counter space, breakfast nook, stove and a full suite of appliances. Inside dining room seats 4 and faces the outside pool lanai, open the blinds and door sliders to have the full Florida experience.

Paula's Palm Paradise offers your own private outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing solar heated pool, then sit back on the outdoor seating or lounge chairs and bask in the Florida sun. As the sun goes down, fire up the grill, have a cold drink and enjoy a tropical retreat that you won't soon forget.

Pool is solar heated and is not electric heated

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

Paula's Palm was the perfect spot for our winter escape. Spotless on arrival found everything we needed to set up housekeeping for our stay. Great neighborhood ideal for that early morning walk, close to all the attractions in the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So much potential

Imagine you walk into granny's Beach house in the 90's. That was my first impression upon walking in. House was loaded with extras however. Beach chairs, floats, skim boards, beach towels. Kitchen also loaded with all utensils for cooking large meals. TVs are from the late 90's, only 2 are "smart" and extremely tiny. Master bedroom TV had Roku but would pause intermittently and would then start movie over. Suoer frustrating. The pool area was perfect for us and our pup. The neighborhood is nice, however the next door neighbor apparently turned their large home into apartments which brought out some questionable characters. We did not have any issues with them. The property is about a 45 min drive to Ft. Myers Beach, mostly due to Spring Break traffic that week. The landscaper, who lives across the street, was not friendly. This property has so much potential, with some minor updating it could be amazing. Property manager never responded to voicemail when we called for minor issue. Don't forget to bring your own pillows cause the ones provided are hard as a rock.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a 5-star experience with us! We did look into the issues on your review. We spoke to the landscaper, and he told us he was upset that he had to clean up your pet's waste while trying to mow the lawn. In the future he will come to us with those concerns. We have looked at all forms of communication, including the VRBO message app and voicemails, but have found no messages from you. We apologize that we did not get these messages as we would have responded immediately. We are also contacting the owner about updating the TVs and pillows. We are very sorry your stay did not meet your expectations but hope to make it up to you in the future!

We have never had any complaints about the neighbors. We are unsure what is meant by "suspect" but the home is in a safe area in SE Cape Coral.
