Dome Yurt On The Ocean and Private Beach, free Wifi

Brad, I thought about not responding to your review at all, because your intention is obviously to get refund or free stay as your aggressive wording in your other conversations proofs. On other platforms we got great reviews for the dome tent before and after your stay. Nobody complained about the unsafe place. You see everything on the video I provide on VRBO. I shouldn’t have agreed to your ”non shedding well behaved” dog which was a pain for our staff to clean from all the hair, even on the beds. You say she was the cleanest thing there!!! This is ridicules. Why should I refund the pet fee since I had to double pay for cleaning the dome after your dog? You mentioned the 2 twin size matresses on a palet. Some people like to separate the beds due to a little bit due to snoring for instance. There are two comfortable mattresses on two prefabricated boxsprings bases to give a comfortable hight. The water is drinkable (coming from an expensive water treatment system in the house next door) but there is still a little bit of salt in it because the well is so close to the ocean. I mentioned that and recommended to buy water for your tea or coffee BEFORE you arrived and it is also written in our FAQs we send out for everybody together with tips and POIs. So it is just a lie that you did not know that before arrival, but I understand that you did not read our infos. Same thing witth cooking equipment. There are stainless steel pots and pan and we just ask not to using them for a bon fire on the shore. We have no fire pit in the woods due to insurance. But brand new solid steps going down to the private beach with a reeling. What is your problem? You booked first time on VRBO and I hope it was the last time. Your intention is easy to figure out. You try to construct reasons for refund. Like the WIFI. We had guests staying there next door using the same access point and if worked perfectly. The only challenge I accept in your ”review” is the compost toilet 10 m distant to the dome protected against rain by a shower tent. I checked the toilet before you arrived. If if was almost full during your stay that’s because you you filled the entire drum with saw dust (This usually happens in a month…) Why didn’t you call me to turn the handle and empty it partly into the drawer at the bottom. You did not call at all, you are a trouble maker.
