The Space:
Welcome to this charming two-storey duplex featuring two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers stunning panoramic views of the lake and a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two cozy single beds.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and laundry facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely conservatory that opens to a fenced patio, complete with an outdoor table and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The secure fencing makes it a safe play area for little ones. - Please kindly note that you are welcome to use the BBQ at the property, but it is offered 'as is' as it is not part of our cleaners schedule.
For your convenience, there is covered off-street parking available, along with plenty of additional space on the road.
The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners. Stroll to the corner to The Bay Bar & Brasserie for a delightful meal and drinks, or pop into the nearby dairy for convenient supplies.
For family fun, a charming 'pirate ship' playground awaits just up the road, while a short drive leads to the renowned L'Arte Cafe & Gallery, or, stay lakeside and venture to the nearby pontoon for kayak rentals.
Experience a relaxing stay in this delightful place!

This house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, made up predominately of holiday home owners. It is walking distance to The Bay Bar & Brasserie where you can enjoy a meal and drink. There is also a dairy nearby, where you can buy food and supplies for your stay.
Just up the road is a great 'pirate ship' playground to entertain your little ones. A four-minute drive further will take you to the famous L'Arte Cafe & Gallery or stay on the lake and visit the nearby pontoon where you can also rent kayaks.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.
Guest Rules:
Maximum 4 guests – strictly enforced.
No parties, smoking, or pets.
Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.
Amenities:
Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.
Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.
Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

$200 pre-authorisation hold applies if booking outside Airbnb.
This house is close to the beach with seagulls and ducks nearby. While we regularly clean the exterior, there may be times when bird mess is visible on the balcony verandah.
There are two security cameras, one overlooking the front door and the driveway and the second one at the back pointing towards the patio and back door.

We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app.
