Gulf Access Condo- 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo. Corner unit with windows on 3 sides for plenty of light. This unit has the best view of the water. High ceilings in the family, with large TV. Laundry room includes washer/dryer. Large heated pool & private entrance with front porch. 2 car spaces allowed. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets with this western exposure condo. Just minutes from downtown Cape Coral with abundant restaurants and shopping.
*This home is pet friendly for One smaller(strict under 35 pounds), non-shedding breeds with prior approval and pet fee per pet.
Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 days.
