Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!


Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Location is good.

The staff was very helpful. She responded questions immediately. The unit located closed to a swimming pool. But it’s getting old and had a hard time to close screen doors.

Had a good time, nice condo

We rented the condo for one week, traveled around the Island visiting many of the sites and beaches. Our main interest is staying in that area was to be close the the PCC, it was by far the best experience on the Island,and away from the crowds at the other end of the island. We did drive to Honolulu a couple of times and were very glad we didn't stay in that area. Turtle Bay was conviently located to most of the Island attractions we wanted to see and so many of the great beaches. The check in and out process was automatic, we did not have any interaction with or see any one from management and really had no need to. The system the had worked smoothly.

Townhouse Maintenace

townhouse needed upkeep, such as the 2 bathroom ceiling fans should be replace(to loud), master bathroom shower water drips and faucet hard to operate, ceiling fans dirty and windows hard to open

Vacation Time!

Staying on the North Shore of Hawaii is a must and our favorite spot is Haleiwa. Turtle Bay is our go-to for accommodations every time because it is very close with exceptional sunsets at Sunset Beach and amazing snorkeling at Shark's Cove! The condo was clean, airy and well stocked with all we needed to cook meals when not dining out, but the carpet in the bedroom was discolored and seemed to have an odor, it should be replaced. The pool was beautiful and we used the BBQ a couple nights.

Primrose Review

We loved our stay at the Estates at Turtle Bay! The grounds were beautiful, the location was perfect, and it was just the right size for a short and comfortable stay with our family. We loved that we were able to save money by cooking some of our own meals, have separate spaces unlike a hotel, and that we could do our own laundry and not pack so much. The unit was cleaned between guests but definitely needs a good deep clean. Overall our stay was wonderful but I believe the owner should be aware of a few items: The carpets and cooking utensils/products need replacing, the screen door from the lanai needs repair, the fan on the lanai needs replacing, the pullout sofa mattress dips down so my kids had to use extra pillows to prop their heads up properly. These were not deal breakers for us but I know this unit would be better if those things were addressed. Thank you for allowing us this time there. It made our vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable!

Honestly. I’ve stayed at so many vacation rentals on many different islands for work and this was by far the most disappointing. I’m a Hawai’i girl and I know about bugs, especially on ground floor units… that being said, this place is infested with German roaches. In the coffee maker, in the fridge, on the counter, on the stove, in the bathroom. Please hire An exterminator. And please for the love of god do not spray raid in the fridge. If you stay in the unit do not use the ice cubes, the fridge has absolutely been sprayed with raid it reeks. Wash every dish you use prior to using it. There were roaches crawling everywhere. As soon as I would put my dishes in the sink there would be a few crawling on it. Dishwasher also loaded with tiny baby roaches. Worst place I have ever stayed. Would not recommend.

Very Nice Stay

Nasty! But a little advanced prep will make it work!

This unit is usually one of the last ones to rent and with good reason The carpet is filthy and the roaches are a problem But if you come prepared you can make it work!Stop at Walmart by the airport and buy the following 5 items (1) 1 gallon of Clorox for each day are at the unit Roaches come up thru the drains Pour Clorox down all the drains (immediately upon arrival and every night) then plug the drain (the shower has no plug use duct tape) NEVER get in the shower before turning on the water. The second you turn on the water the roaches will run up your legs Have a shoe with you and turn on the water (BEFORE getting in the shower) and as the roaches come out of the drain smash them This is very traumatic for vegetarians! (2) Buy 10 cheap $3 bath towels These will be placed on the dirty carpet after you spray all the carpet with Ortho home defense max. (3) buy large garbage bags Keep suitcases off the ground and sealed in garbage bags so you don't bring your roach friends home with you!(4) 2 100 watt light bulbs The bedroom lamps have very low watt bulbs so you cant see the carpet or the roaches (5) Get roach traps, roach spray, and a perimeter spray like Ortho Home defense spray Spray this inside and outside the unit *** ALWAYS keep food sealed and in the frig *** If you cant tolerate the filth and roaches go immediately to the management office and tell them the place is uninhabitable and a heath risk and to relocate you! This unit is in a great area and has fantastic WiFi!!

Turtle Bay one bedroom condo

The condo was in a great location, good lawn view from patio, etc. There was recent construction in adjacent condo and ours had not been deep cleaned to mitigate the accumulated grime. The patio, which is where we ate and sat most often, needed new table and chairs; existing is rusty. The screens are also rusty and falling out of tracks. Foot traffic in the above condo is not muffled by good insulation; if noise is an issue,try for an upper unit. General updating construction is occuring throughout the development and had we been there when the adjacent condo was being rehabbed, it would have been awful. I'm not sure if renters are informed if this is occuring nearby. You would be wise to check. The bed was comfortable, furishings were nice and kitchen fully outfitted. The pool was lovely. Access to the coast and trails is wonderful. Enjoyed our stay.

Turtle Bay Condos are always a great place to stay

We have stayed at this location several times and always enjoy it. The unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely.The only challenge with a downstairs unit is the renters upstairs. If you have "night owls" upstairs it can make it challenging to sleep.

comfortable stay

This condo is obviously well-cleaned after each visitor and is bug free, but the carpet in the bedroom had stains on it and just didn't feel very clean (carpet in the tropics? why?). Some of the kitchen cabinets were loose and the sliding door for the patio was difficult to slide. Even with these imperfections, I would stay here again. The internet worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything else was fine.

Stinky and Rusty: In Need Of Maintenance

My husband and I satyed at 093 East for 5 nights during Christmas 2013. We almost left the day we arrived. The unit reeked of mold and mildew, esp. in the bedroom, the stained carpet and furniture were the worst. The dresser was unusable with its smell and cockroaches in the drawers. The curtains had holes and made "nails on a chalkboard" sounds when you opened or closed them. Only one of the two bathrooms was useable. The "Master Bathroom" shower was very small and in need of having the drain cover repaired. We tried only using the toliet in that bathroom because when you flushed the front bathroom toliet it made a high shreaking sound which I'm sure was heard by the neighbors. Both toliets were old with cracks on the tanks. The front bathroom's shower head and handles were vry rusty and the tub had rust flakes in it. The washer was also filled with rust flakes and sand. I spent about an hour claeaning it so I could use it. The outside patio area was also unusable with a holey screen and rusty fan and furniture. Because we live in Hawaii, and we wanted to have a peaceful holiday, we made the best of the situation by leaving the sliding doors open and using scented candles to mask the smell. The location was the saving grace and we spent most of our time out and about the resort, breathing the fresh ocean air. We have spent many vacations at Turtle Bay over the past 30 years. We highly recommend staying at the Turtle Bay Resort and experiencing all the treasures of the North Shore area but Not in this unit.

Lovely Garden View Condo

We very much enjoyed out stay at this lovely condo at Kulima Estates at Turtle Bay. Only wished that there was a King Size bed. The breezes put me in a state of revery and relaxation. Would have liked the convenience of Barbeque-ing from our Condo. There are critters that live off of the pool-side BBQ, becareful. I would come back here again, and recommend it to many. Having two bathrooms was also a positive feature! Thank You for making my Hawaii 5-0 Birthday Vacation, a dream come true.

No sound proofing

This is a bottom floor unit. Beautiful place buy there was a 4/5 year old in the unit above us and it sounded like she was coming through the ceiling! I'm sure she was just playing as children do but there is no sound proofing between units. I wouldn't stay in bottom unit againg.

Beautiful Family Getaway

We spent Thanksgiving here with our adult kids - beach, snorkeling, birdsong, places to explore. And, the Kahuku Grill hamburgers and shrimp truck were favorites, as well as the Palm Terrace buffet and Ola's at the resort. The whole experience was great.
