Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)
About Brian Baker
We live in the Birmingham, AL area. We have been married for 20 years and we have 2 children. We both work outside the home and we really value our vacation time with family.
Brian Baker purchased this Condo in 2010
Why Brian Baker chose Seagrove Beach
We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
What makes this Condo unique
We absolutely love to hop on our bikes and take a family ride to Seaside.

Family Beach Trip
It was a nice place with great pools and beach access
Beautiful beaches, perfect weather. It was an awesome stay. It is a very comfortable condo... it has a very at home feeling. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. We will be back for sure!
Very clean and great location
Overall, a great week.
We enjoyed our week at the condo! Upon arrival, we were a little surprised at how far our balcony was from the beach. There is a view, but you will see more pavement and buildings than you will ocean. The condo was somewhat stocked with the things we would need - we were pleasantly surprised to find so many beach chairs and umbrellas there for our use. We flew down and were unable to bring much with us; there was a lot we needed to buy to get through the week (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The good news is, we also flew home — so we left a lot of it behind for future renters! The condo was a little dated and I had to contact the owner for the information needed, such as the codes to get into the condo, pool area, and beach. We received the information the same day as our arrival, after asking for it. The codes to the beach and the pool area evidently change on Saturdays, and we didn’t leave until Sunday. Luckily a nice gentleman also staying in the complex clued us in to what the new codes were before we got stuck. Overall, it was a nice stay and a decent location.
The beach view was stunning, and the accommodations very comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen adequately stocked, but a few things could stand to be updated. The carpet is a bit worn, and the gold walls and drapes were a bit much. But, overall, it was great!
