Sandy Shores is a wonderful choice for your family vacation! A short drive to Epic Universe — the new Universal Studios theme park!

This 1800+ sq ft, two-story Mediterranean Style vacation home is located in the High Grove community. Located 4.5 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, you'll be just minutes away from The Most Magical Place on Earth! At this home, you'll have access to the community clubhouse equipped with a community pool and spa, fitness room, game room, cyber cafe with wi-fi, mini golf, outdoor playground, and more! This community is also gated, providing 24/7 security for all guests residing in the area.

This home features two bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, one featuring a Queen bed and the other featuring a King bed! As a new addition, these bedrooms now both also feature sleeper futons. The third bedroom features two twin beds with familiar faces from The Lion King, perfect for the kids to enjoy! The final bedroom in the home features an astounding four beds -- two twins and a bunk bed! With everyone's favorite pal Mickey Mouse on the wall, this room is themed for every member of the family to enjoy.

Looking for a little family competition? The garage for this home has been converted into a game room, featuring a ping pong table and a foosball table for everyone to get in on the game. If looking to relax poolside or indoors to watch a movie, the home is equipped with complimentary wi-fi and flat screen TVs in every bedroom.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Beautiful home

Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful but the only this is the tub/ shower up stairs in the hallway didn’t work and the hot tub outside wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it if we wanted to and the pool was green when I got there but it I ended up calling the it was clear the next day but everything else was fine will stay again

Awesome house

We went to celebrate my son’s graduation 18th birthday and my other son’s 16th!!! Great location check in was so easy the kids loved the club house!!! House was so accommodating and you could walk to so many places!!! Can’t wait to go back

It was a comfortable place except for the masters bedroom shower difficult to control water temp and found a small btl of tequila under the pillow in the masters bedroom. Not enough toilet paper and paper towel for our length of stay

Great pool and hot tub

Home nice, communication not so good

The home is just as advertised...beautiful & clean. The posted times in home for checkout & garbage are NOT accurate. You have to look at neighbors trash to determine when to put it out. Also it is posted that check out is 11am when apparently it's 10am...very contradictory with times and when you point that out to them they ignore you & stop talking to you.

My only minor concern is it is listed as 2 master bedrooms, but the 2nd big bedroom shares its bathroom with two other bedrooms. In my mind a master bedroom has its own bath.

Nice home but needs work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is genarally a nice home and is in a good location. The kitchen had plenty of pans and dishes, but lacked many basics such as adequate silverware. (Only 8 mismatched forks of low quality and multiple knives which were all dull. Only one kitchen towel and no scrubber, hand cleaner or dish soap. All easily fixed for little money. No storage containers. Dishwasher not braced and fell forward every time door opened. The only carpet was on stairs and was maybe clean but badly stained. There is a bad stain and crack on wall near the tub. The tub faucet was old and worked poorly.No instructions for TV/cable and couldn’t figure out cable versus Roku. Only Roku in bedrooms and two missing remotes. Despite 3 maintenance staff visits the spa never got above lukewarm even when outside temperature above 60. Really disappointing.With effort and some investment the property could be much better. Overall management did a very good job when we contacted them. I did write our concerns after we left (4 days ago) and have not received a reply. We were told this property had been rented for over 6 months and there were no reviews. We will not rent again without reviews.Thank you.

Horrible Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It felt like staying in an outdated hotel. The house was beautiful on the outside but inside not so much. The bed spreads and sheets were dirty. The showers had mildew. I had to go out and buy bed spreads and cleaning supplies for me to feel comfortable staying there. The hot tub did not work or the pool filters. There were random things floating around the pool. None of the numbers provided worked. I hate to stay it but my stay was horrible.
