Valhalla Paradise (RVH_462) features 3,361 sq. ft. of elegant living, games room, custom-built kids bedrooms, an extended pool area and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

From the moment you step through the door, you will be blown away by the beautiful decor throughout. The open kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals for all with stainless steel appliances and everything you need. The dining area is adjacent and features a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. Additionally, there is a breakfast island with seating for 6.

Right through the sliding patio doors, you will have your own private oasis. The pool area is newly extended to provide more fun for your vacation. It features a private pool, spillover spa, tiki bar with BBQ grill, and firepit*. Soak up the Florida sun in one of the 6 sun loungers or unwind in the daybed. If looking for a little more fun, then challenge someone for a game of ping pong, basketball, mega chess, cornhole, or connect 4. You can even work on your golf game on your personal putting green. Everyone will have a great time by the pool area with all that it has. You can dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 8. The tiki bar has seating for 4, a built-in BBQ with rotisserie where you can prepare a delicious meal and enjoy your favorite show on the 50-inch TV. There is also convenient access to a half bathroom through the covered lanai.

There is more fun inside the home for everyone to enjoy. The villa features a custom games room with plenty of arcades and games for all ages to enjoy. The gamers in the family will enjoy the 2-TV gaming system with Xbox One and Playstation 4 consoles to play their favorite games. The games room also has a commercial Air Hockey table, Basketball, Skeeball, Terminator, and Dead Heat Rider arcade games. Plus Arcade Legends which has over 100 games, including all the classics and Golden Tee.

When it's time for a good night of sleep, you have your choice of multiple bedrooms. Valhalla Paradise has 3 King Suites, a 2 Twin bed Suite, and 2 custom-built kid bedrooms with a full over full bunk bed per room, connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom. Dream of magical spells in the Wizard-inspired Twin suite, travel to a land far, far away in the Galaxy-inspired bunk bed room, or sleep like a princess in the Princess-inspired bunk bed room. Kids of all ages will love the magical themed bedrooms created just for them!

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
