Living areas on both levels as well as a front balcony with Weber Q BBQ and rear paved area to watch a game of cricket in the fully enclosed rear yard.



Master bedroom has a Queen bed on the lower level with a further 2 bedrooms upstairs each with 2 single beds.



2 Bathrooms, one on each level, bath is upstairs, fully equipped laundry.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
