Feel at home in our valley escape. Our newly available condo was just fully renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy over 1200sqft to relax with your family only steps from James Chabot Beach on Lake Windemere. This home has everything you need with a large master bedroom with ensuite, second queen bedroom and a den with a queen/double log bunk bed. With a new queen pull-out couch, eight people can sleep comfortably. You will have everything you need when you arrive from a washer and dryer to soap, linens, even basic cooking spices. The fully stocked kitchen boasts new granite counter-tops with a table seating six plus two seats at the eating bar. The patio offers a propane barbeque and furniture perfect for a home cooked meal.

Take the folding wagon and beach towels down the block to James Chabot beach. Enjoy the new playground and take in the lake or drive five minutes to Kinsmen Beach and enjoy the splash park. Take a drive to the bike park in Radium or the Fairmont Hot Springs, spend the day on Lake Lillian or fit in a hike and round of golf after visiting the outdoor farmers market. There is an endless amount of activities perfect for family fun or relaxing in paradise.

I have stayed in this complex several times - mostly looking at the beach. This unit faces the parking lot. Toilet seat was broken and the pool was packed with kids the first day. Very loud. Second and third day the pool and hot tubs were not useable due to a mechanical problem.

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed. I did respond right away and offer to have maintenance tighten the bolts on the toilet seat that day but you did not respond. It’s very regrettable the pool required the filter repair but it was a very quick turnaround and out of everyone’s control. The pool is rarely closed and I hope you’ll visit our complex again in the future.

Just Okay

Location was good. Beds good. Pull out not so good. Bathrooms old/dirty. Kitchen dated. BBQ dirty. Had to empty garbages, strip beds and start load of towels, with no bleach. I payed a cleaning fee!

I’m really surprised to hear Arlene was disappointed. I went above and beyond to patiently help Arlene with how to use the vrbo app for her reservation and we even called her multiple times when she couldn’t find her reservation or repeatedly believed it was cancelled. Our check out tasks are very standard - we do ask that sheets come off the bed as a way to communicate which beds were used, as there are five of them. We ask for garbage to be removed to keep cleaning costs lower. These tasks take only minutes. Our unit has been renovated and the only parts not replaced are the kitchen cupboards and showers and that can all be seen in photos which guests comment are accurate. I will remind our cleaner to scrub the BBQ, although I left the unit myself the day Arlene arrived and can confirm the BBQ was fully cleaned and propane tanks filled myself. It is always our intention to have a spotless, comfortable home away from home.

Exterior disappointing

The interior of this property was beyond excellent. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had awesome dishes, glasses etc. The linens were really good quality. Every5ing you need or want is there. The balcony table and bbq were a little big for the patio., which looked on to a busy street. At the time we were staying there was very noisy construction going on and the pool was closed due to Covid. Thankfully the beach was really close with a beautiful mountain view and a gorgeous lake. The own we provided everything you needed for that too!

Perfect getaway spot

We had a total of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 7-10) in this wonderful unit and it felt spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit was well equipped for our needs and we could tell there was a lot of thought into what guests would need to make their stay enjoyable and convenient. Communication with Jenn was great as she was very responsive and accommodating. The den was perfect for the 4 kiddos to have their own space to sleep and hangout in. It doesn't have a door, but the screen that was provided definitely helped to section the room off. The location is very convenient and there are restaurants within walking distance. We recommend the Japanese restaurant across the street, Fubuki. Great service and delicious food! We all had a great time (the kids didn't want to leave!) and will definitely be booking again.

2 mins walk to beach

My husband and I rented this condo for a family holiday with our 3 nephews, sister and his parents and pup. We were so surprised how much spacious the condo was. It is great condo that is 2 min walk to the beach. We didn’t have to worry about getting a parking spot at the beach we just put everything in the wagon (provided) and walked over. It is evident that Jenn has put a lot of thought into what a family would need for their stay because the condo is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, glasses, linens, wagon, beach towels etc. We appreciated that there was a bbq on our patio and cook most meals in even though there are many eating establishments within walking distance. We did walk 20 mins to the downtown Saturday farmers market and the found and recommend the broken church for gelato. We used the pool a few times that was a bit small for the amount of condos but really with the beach right there…. It really only got busy in the evenings. Hot tub seemed to have some problems and was more like a warm bath. Overall it was an awesome condo, highly recommend it! Jenn even left us a welcome treat and welcome card which was such a nice personal touch.

Good family get away

Jenn tried very hard and we appreciated her communications with us. Not everything went off to plan - problems with the pool - however Jenn was quick to let us know what was happening. We liked the number of beds and proximity to the lake.

Spacious and convenient

We love Invermere and we were able to spend four nights there recently. The location is perfect for walks, as it’s right near the water. We were able to see a lot of wild life and enjoyed every minute. The condo was very spacious, with the possibility of it sleeping at least 8 individuals. The condo faces the main road leading into the downtown, so there are no water views. The complex is very quiet, however it’s to be noted that this is a wood structure and you can hear the tenant above on occasion, but this didn’t bother to us as we were out and about most of our stay. The community room was a great place to get some sunshine and sit in the oversized chairs with a good book and cup of coffee. We love the sushi restaurant right across the street so lunch was just a quick walk away. The property manager was a delight to work with and she was very prompt to answer all our inquiries. This location is pet friendly so it allowed us to bring our pet which made us very happy. All in all we would definitely stay at this location again if we are looking for a get away in Invermere.

Ample space, great location!

Jenn was fantastic, kept us in the loop of things we needed to know. Property was just perfect for our needs, we spent a couple days in and a couple up at Panorama on the mountain. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A great, affordable option for your family

This was a great home away from home for our Christmas vacation! It was comfortable, clean, pet friendly, and most of all, the price point was excellent for the area! Would highly recommend for a family; we fit comfortably with 7 adults.

Spacious and comfortable

Jenn's unit was immaculate and exactly as described. The location is great and we enjoyed our strolls along the lakeshore and uptown to the fun shops. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Invermere by the lake!

My wife Anne and I had a great stay at this property. The check in was easy, the property owner was more than accommodating! They also had more than enough of every day supplies (TP and paper towel), plus spices in the kitchen. Everything was exactly as described. We'll be back for sure.
