Wonderful and memorable stay!!

This was a great place to stay and visit. Only recommendations are that the washing machine sometimes does not work well and 2 small roaches were spotted in the bathroom. No worries it was still an amazing stay!!

Relaxing week!

Great location with beautiful ocean views. Very convenient to airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The unit itself is slightly dated in style, but adequately equipped in the kitchen and the furnishings are comfortable.

Room and balcony was extremely dirty and very very outdated. Floors, walls, shower blinds all dirty. Location was perfect as we have stayed in the Palms numerous times. Host was great and acted quickly to resolve the concerns. We will not stay in this unit again. Other units are much nicer and updated.

Great location

The property was very nice and the location was convenient to a lot of places along 30a. The only problem we had was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but by the time it came to bedtime, we were so exhausted we didn’t care. Wish there was a broom and dust pan, but I did find a vacuum. We will definitely stay here again tho. Loved the view and all the nice upgrades in your unit. Thanks for letting us stay!

Spectacular location and easy check-in. The TVs are not capable of streaming, and the cable was out rendering the antique TV in the front room worthless. I was asked to call the cable company while on vacation. Ha! The unit is tired with multiple visible patch jobs and lackluster repairs everywhere. The location is great I would choose a different unit and management company as we received no support or recompense for the lack of TV.

Do not rent to this person, all over a cable box that went out. We can not control the cable company, the TV is working as was explained to this person, we can not spend the owner of the units money, purchasing the latest greatest Chinese made TV, and the TV is less that three years old certainly not an antique. There is more than one TV in the unit as well. We were also threatened that if we did NOT comply with his demands he would leave a bad review. DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON.

Nice little place!

We had a very nice time at this property. Walking/biking distance to many things, and beach was beautiful. I was a little surprised at the that the beach was as busy as it was, since it was not high season. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed, though it could use a little updating, re-painting, etc. Since it is a ground level, the landscaping prevents a complete view of the beach, but you can see the water and you are very close to the beach. The management company was OUTSTANDING to deal with; such a pleasant change from the huge, impersonal property management companies. They did everything to accommodate us and were very responsive. We enjoyed our "girls trip" and would stay here again.

The stairs leading to the beach access were just a few steps away from the patio, which made it very convenient for us. Even though we didn't have a direct beach view, the easy access to the beach made up for it. We could hear the ocean, which made the stay even more relaxing. The management company was very friendly and professional. If we get the chance to visit Seagrove in the future, we would definitely book this place again.

Would love to see maybe a blender but it's not a dealbreaker. The internet is pretty weak so don't plan a working vacation here. But for everything else it's really affordable. The bunks are perfect for the kids!

Thank you for your review, we checked there is a blender, it was in the bottom drawer next to the refrigerator blender in the unit. We are extremely limited with internet in this area, Mediacom is the provider, unfortunately the are the only choice, other than DSL which is extremely slow.

Great location but unit could use improvement.

The location was great - so close to the beach. The high vanities in the bathrooms were nice touch. Unfortunately, the unit is in need of repair as both bathrooms sported more than their fair share of mold and previous repairs to drywall were uneven and conspicuous. The kitchen itself has been renovated and is lovely but was poorly outfitted with common supplies like bowls, good knives, etc. The owners commandeered not only the living room storage but the in kitchen pantry as well leaving little room to store food items. The towels were threadbare and rough. Several lamps were either unplugged or the light bulbs were non functional.

Thank you for your review, and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. This property was inspected prior to the arrival, as it is always inspected. It was passed, all lamps were working, all lamps were plugged in. We use a heavy thread count towel (900GSM), we have checked our entire inventory for any towels that are in need of replacement, we found two towels out of over a thousand towels, we replaced the entire towels inventory in March of 2018. The kitchen is well stocked, there is more than enough room for food storage, you stated the "the kitchen was renovated", and it was, brand new cabinets etc, plenty of storage space.The bathrooms have zero mold, both had brand new shower curtain liners put in just prior to the arrival (08/27). Again thank you for your review, noting that you stayed with no issues or phone calls with any concerns.The two star review is not warranted looking at all of the reviews for this property. This property has a five star review, even with a tropical storm (Alberto) hitting.

Attention to detail

This place LOCATION is hands down the best you will get. 5 star location with some cons. Probably wouldn’t stay here again even though we enjoyed ourselves. Cons: place wasn’t that clean. -Strings of hair everywhere(i have plenty of pictures) -roaches everywhere(Alive and dead) i have pictures -whoever cleans this place needs to just do a better job and pay attention to detail. -throw away that dusty comforter. Really we got a good deal but man y’all can tidy the place up for a better experience and could charge more. Hey i just gave my honest opinion

Perfect view of the gulf / dolphins, and literally a few steps from the sand

First off Dan was amazing to work with! This was our honeymoon trip, so we had a LOT going on in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and we had paid the deposit, but each of us thought the other had paid the remaining balance. We realized this just before heading out on the 8.5 hour drive down, so we called, and Dan made sure we would have access when we arrived just before midnight that night. His place has been tastefully renovated recently, and you can't beat the convenience of both the beach being outside your door and a short and pleasant beach cruiser ride to Seaside, Watercolor, and even Grayton Beach (Red Bar). Every morning we looked forward to watching the Gulf while we enjoyed our coffee and mimosas. The facility has a nice pool, community grill, etc., but we spend our time enjoying the beach and riding cruisers. Seaside has a farmers market every Saturday morning during the primary season, and there are many restaurant options nearby, as well as Goat Feathers Market (fresh seafood you can cook or they steam) is just around the corner. There's also a Publix within a short drive or beach cruise to get the essentials. All in all this is the perfect condo for a couple or small family, and Dan is a great owner to work with!

The condo (bathrooms especially) were not clean. A lot of mold. The view and proximity were good. Furniture was not. We would not rent again. The shower heads (no hand helds) and water pressure was so terrible we could not even rinse out the shower floor. We not recommend

Strange that you stated everything was good, when you talked to us on the phone then you come back with this. You must think your going to get a refund. We can not control the water pressure. If everything was as bad as you sated why did you stay there?

Nice for the price

We have been coming to this area for the past 6 years and love the location. This particular unit could use some touching up, and could also use some updating in the kitchen (better small appliances, and more fully equipped). We prefer to stay in smaller complexes, but liked that it still has a pool which makes the kiddos happy. It was also nice being able to walk straight out of the unit to the beach, only downside was not much of a good beach view due to landscaping.

Overall good stay but not favorite unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay. We love this location and visit the Palms every year. So the location is nice for us - beach front, private access, outdoor pool... The apartment was clean and in good shape. However, this is not our favorite unit and we have experiences with quite a few to compare. Pluses: hardwood floors, easy to sweep, lower floor, easy beach access, working washer/dryer, ceiling fans, working ice maker. Negatives: cheap/few towels (with a linen fee tacked on), scratchy bed sheets (horrible on sunburned legs!) cheap toilet paper (just 1 roll, forcing you to purchase a 4 pack at the store that you won't finish), one single trash bag (forcing you to purchase a box that you won't finish or recycle the one existing trash bag), cheap paper towels (1 roll, forcing you to purchase a two pack at the store that you will not finish), no spices at all (not even salt and pepper, we bought several and left for the next guest), all pantry areas locked - no where to store your groceries, nothing to wash dishes with (had to purchase dish soap which we left behind for next guests), no beach items (some had chairs, toys, or even complimentary Beach chairs 4U rentals), no bikes (yes we have stayed at units that offered bikes and kayaks in the rate). No tissues. The biggest disappointment was the living room furniture - one couch and then three uncomfortable wicker chairs. So in the evenings, most in our group did not have comfortable places to sit. The fold out bed was not comfortable (most are not). This unit also has not upgraded to the digital locks like most units at the Palms. So we had to drive out of our way to pick up keys, return keys, keep up with physical keys... We definitely will return to Seagrove and the Palms but this would not be our first choice in units for our next visit.
