* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo D404 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is located on the west end of the property. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Perfect Beach Getaway

From the wonderful views of the immaculate gulf waters, to the convenience of outstanding restaurants, grocery stores and other venues, this condo checks all the boxes for a great vacation. The owners are always very responsive for any need and the facility provides wonderful beach services. I would highly recommend this great value to anyone.

Wonderful week in a great Condo, meeting new people, enjoyed the beach and the shopping!!!!

Not sure how many more trips to Destin we will be making but be assured we will always check out The Beach House Condominiums first. These places are extremely roomy and very comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you will need. We fully enjoyed having two chairs and an umbrella on the beach, furnished by The Beach House, everyday. This is our second year to stay at The Beach House and had never been to the swimming pool. We changed that this year and we spent one day at the swimming pool with a great view of the beach area. Nice, nice place!!!! Try it!!! You too will fall in love with The Beach House.

Perfect Beach Retreaat

This is the third year we have stayed at the Beach House (D404). We keep coming back because it is a beautiful property, right on the beach and priced at a great value. The location has many outstanding restaurants and a grocery store a block away. Yet, it is away from the extremely busy Destin/Ft. Walton traffic. The Hansen's have always been very responsive if there were ever any minor needs. I highly recommend this property for any family!

Love the Beach House

Had another great stay at the Beach House condos. Great location and views. Beach was fantastic as usual and D404 was perfect for our family with the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Beach chair and umbrella service was a nice perk. Will definitely be coming back!

Best view and so peaceful

I loved our stay at D404. THE PERFECT VIEW. The Condominiums are very peaceful. They do check for parking pass... of course I forgot mine but Mrs. Jan and dan made sure to leave me one when I messaged short notice. The pool is nice and not one time was it over crowded. Beach service is included and everyone gets a front row as the beach is peaceful and never once was over crowded. We did have some bad weather towards the end of the week but we still enjoyed our stay here and the peacefulness at the condominiums. The elevators were decent and wait was never long even during "peak" times of people returning from dinner or beach.Mrs. Jan was very responsive and helpful and truly made me feel like not just a number. I definitely plan to return.

Great Location & Lodging

We had a perfect week staying at the Beach House in Miramar. The condo has an amazing beach front view and provided a perfect location that was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and just right for our family. We'll definitely be back.

Great vacation

Condo is right on the beautiful Miramar beach. Enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner on the patio overlooking the beach. Umbrella and chair setup on beach was very convenient. Even got to see a few manatees swimming by.

Location was great, condition of unit not so much.

Positives: Location was AMAZING!!! Could not beat the view from the unit. Linens were clean and beds were comfortable. Now the downside: very disappointed. First impression of the unit was very unhappy. I looked into other locations to move to but couldn't find anything available for our timeframe. The walls were very dirty with paint peeling off doors and corners. The dishwasher and stove had old food splattered on the handles, and other items in the unit were dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in some time (including the air vents in all rooms) The worst example of this was the shower curtains. they were spotted with black mildew top and bottom. There was a broken cabinet in the kitchen, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall at first touch, as did one of the towel rods.There was also a broken piece of mirror on the main wall in the living area. The washing machine while great to have had a nasty sour smell. We were vacationing with 9 others all of whom stayed in the Beach House complex. Our room in comparison was old, outdated, and not clean. I would suggest the owners take a good look at whomever is managing the property and maintaining it for them.

Fantastic condo in great complex with fantastic view and everything you need!

The condo was fantastic. The condo was in a good complex in a great area in Miramar Beach. The condo itself had everything we needed and then some. We brought some of our own kitchen stuff but didn't have to due to condo being very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was very clean. The owner was very helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a very nice thoughtful touch. The views of the beach from the condo were majestic! The beach service was very helpful as well. We look forward to coming back soon to Destin and hopefully this condo specifically!!!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
