Surf and Sand at Terra Mar

Sparkling, Salt Water Heated Pool, Walk to the Beach, Weber Grill.

This family friendly home is located on a small island midway between the pristine sands of Pompano Beach a mile north and the sandy beach of Lauderdale by the Sea a mile to the south. The sparkling salt water pool is surrounded by a privacy fence and beautiful landscaping. The large two bedroom home has two full baths, an open great room, full kitchen and air conditioned lanai. The master has a king bed, second bedroom a twin and a queen bed and the sofa in the great room that opens to queen size.
The dining room seats six but a slider to the air conditioned lanai also has a table for four. The bedrooms each have HDTV's and the living area has a Big Screen HDTV and Xfinity secure internet. The full kitchen has all the appliances such as microwave, toaster and blender. Enjoy the pool deck area with many chaises as well as a table to dine poolside. The weber gas grill is ready for steaks or shrimp skewers. The LED pool light changes colors and gives a truly dramatic atmosphere during evening hours around the pool. The garage area has been turned into a large game room with table tennis, darts and comfy seating as well as washer and dryer for your use. The Publix supermarket, drug store and adult beverage shop is just a five minute drive. The location of this home is perfect to take in all that south Florida has to offer.

Very happy with our stay! Enjoyed the private pool and short 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall the neighborhood is nice and quiet, but there is nearby construction noise right now (obviously can’t be controlled by the host). We appreciated the simple check-out process! House has a lot of nice extras- plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, pool noodles, a float, 2 beach umbrellas, plenty of hangers in the closets etc. Easy travel! Very family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our family. Easy to walk to the beach, close to good restaurants, well-stocked kitchen and it was so nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and other water toys. The pool was also really nice! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Spring Break

Fantastic stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I along with my son, DIL and 11 month old Grandson, stayed here for a visit with family. This home was in a great location and the hospitality was like no other. Grandson loved the pool and watching us play ping pong!

Nice home in nice neighborhood

This is a nice home in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. This is what I was looking for - so quiet no earplugs needed. Loved seeing neighbors out walking and very friendly. Communication was fantastic so responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions on finding the home and entry.

Great house

This house had everything we needed. The pool was clean. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee cups, and glasses. The hosts Jan & Tom were outstanding and communicated very well. We were going to rent this house next February, unfortunately it was available. Great house!

Our property management company, Covenant Properties was founded several years ago when it became apparent that many families were tired of paying higher and higher prices for vacation accommodations. Since then the luxury home vacation rental business has virtually exploded around the globe. South Florida, which has always been a destination for vacationers, has experienced a demand for home rentals that is unprecedented. Covenant Properties has grown to become one of the larger, well-respected property management companies in the area. We offer quality, luxury homes to the families that are looking for a home away from home at reasonable rates and managed professionally. These homes are typically two to four bedrooms, most with upscale amenities such as a pool, waterfront and near one of our pristine beaches.
