Perfect location!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! This was the perfect size for our family of 6. The place was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool was great and a 3 minute walk to the beach!! The complex was quiet and everyone was very friendly. This is the perfect place for a family

Perfect Family Property

This property was perfectly listed. We felt this was the best property for proximity to the private pool. Every aspect of this property catered to the renters experience. The tv service, the internet, the layout and cleanliness was great! The walk to the beach was easy. We will be back!

Comfortable Cabin Near Beach

We were emailed our check in instructions for our cabin and were able to access it easily. Management called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed and we're comfortable on day two. The location is right across the street from the beach with a gated, private access point. Our apartment was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The pool was right outside our door. With a toddler, being so close was nice. Overall we were comfortable, within walking distance to a few good restaurants, and right across from the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was horrible !

Sat water vacations did not have us booked for the correct date which we PAID. Never Recieved a code for front door but did get for cods for beach and receipt for our stay . Took a while for anyone to respond so we could get in the door . It was close to 11 pm before we got in . Neighbors even helped stating they also had issues . The person who contacted us finally said she would send code on day of check in !! I responded check in was 4 pm TODAY ! She finally responded she had the dates wrong !! Then we had to jump thru hoops sending her the receipt she already had !! No compensation at all for this LATE sit at the door check in either . The owner needs to know several other guest stated they also had issues with their check in thru this company . We liked the cabin and it sits right by the pool which was great .

Unfortunately, without a timely response, we were unable to issue the door code as per our policy. When we did receive your reply, we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and regret the delay this caused. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and its location by the pool. If I'm being honest

My family loved being so close to the beach and that was the point in our stay. We had some negatives to our stay, but nothing we couldn't overcome. It would have been nice to have a good old regular coffee maker instead of one we don't use on a regular basis. So no coffee at the unit which made our mornings more difficult. The utensils were dirty. Unless we wanted to wash them all again, we just didn't use them at all. The furniture in the unit is old and has reached its life expectancy. And my son found a pretty big roach in the unit. With all that said, the rest of our trip was great. The pool was nice, the white soft beach was great, proximity to amenities was within walking distance.

Our stay was fantastic. It was clean, nice and quiet. The pool was wonderful and was a very short 2 minute walk to beautiful miramar beach. Highly recommend!! Very family friendly!! We will be back.

Great Stay and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Our family of six had a decent amount of space. We used the kitchen multiple times a day and did quite a bit of laundry. We enjoyed the pool and especially loved the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this property!
