Casa di Spiaggia Provides Luxury Beachside Style
Casa di Spiaggia's name comes from the elegant, Italian-inspired design of the interior. The entire space is thoughtfully decorated to create the ideal vacation atmosphere. When you walk in, you enter a foyer decorated with a stunning, curved staircase. The home is a light, airy space filled with crisp white walls, French doors, and soft, natural wood beams and flooring. Throughout the rental, the decor is a blend of cream, green, and blue that provides a restful, ocean themed backdrop to your vacation.

The main room contains a couch filled seating area, so you and your loved ones can play a game, or watch a movie on the flat screen television. Next to the fireplace, comfortable armchairs are arranged in small clusters that invite you to sit down and chat. A charming, vintage style wet bar along one side makes it easy to prepare some tasty snacks or serve cocktails.

When you're ready for a larger meal, move to the open chef's kitchen located along the other side of the open floor plan. This wonderful space includes an island, a wrap around counter space, and a built in breakfast nook. It is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more. Our Tybee Island vacation homes include all the cooking essentials, like pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware, so all you need to grab is some fresh groceries. We also provide a full sized washer and dryer.

Casa di Spiaggia is one of our largest Tybee vacation rentals. This roomy home easily fits 12 guests. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a very spacious kitchen, a massive dining room, and several welcoming living room spots.

The main suite contains a king sized bed for you to relax in while you enjoy views of the water. It also has a television, seating area, and dresser for clothing storage. There is one more guest room with a king sized bed and flatscreen television. Two bedrooms of the home contain queen sized beds, and for those who prefer not to share a bed, we also provide a room with two twin beds. Finally, the sunroom on the top floor includes a sleeper sofa.

To accommodate larger groups, the home features multiple bathrooms. In the main suite, you have access to an attached bathroom with a shower, tub, and double vanities. Other bathrooms include a full bathroom off of the foyer and a full bathroom situated near the upstairs hallway. All bathrooms contain shower tub combos, so you can quickly rinse off sand or enjoy a relaxing soak.

Tybee's known for its warm summers and gentle winters, and you can enjoy the great weather from multiple spots in Casa di Spiaggia. The rooftop patio is the ideal spot to catch an ocean breeze. A roomy dining table and chairs allow you to dine al fresco, and there's also comfy lounge chairs where you can catch an ocean breeze.

On the main level, there is a wrap around porch outfitted with tables, chairs, and a swinging daybed. The Bermuda shades along the porch provide you with privacy and shade, and fans help you stay cool in the summer. Finally, check out the open carport beneath the home. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand, and a gas grill is waiting to cook tasty barbecue and other cookout favorites. If you get tired of swimming in the ocean, our Tybee Island vacation homes also provide access to Southern Belle's resort style swimming pool on the island. You can have a refreshing swim in a temperature controlled pool or lounge at one of our cabanas.

In addition to all the amenities at our Tybee vacation rentals, guests love Casa di Spiaggia for its oceanside location. This house is situated along Tybee's peaceful northern side. It is located near some iconic Tybee spots like the Tybee Island Lighthouse, Tybean, and Huccapoos. However, the main appeal is all the natural beauty. North Beach has soft, golden sand and gentle blue waves. It is less populated than the southern part of Tybee, lending to a more tranquil setting. Casa di Spiaggia is also very close to Tybee's estuary, where you can spot some unusual flora and fauna as you kayak or hike.

The neighborhood right around Casa di Spiaggia might have a reputation for being peaceful and relaxing, but nearby locations are filled with excitement. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
