One of our larger Tybee Island Vacation Rentals is the Cedar House property. This rental features five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,500 square feet, an elevator and an outdoor grill. It can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Three bedrooms feature one king size bed each, another bedroom offers one queen bed and yet another bedroom offers two twin beds. Our Tybee Vacation Homes have many great locations, and this particular property is on the southwest side of the island between 15th Street and Tabrisa Street on the north and south. If you head to the east side of the island, you'll find the main Atlantic-facing beaches, as well as the Marine Science Center and a popular fishing pier. The west side of the island is closest to the river-facing beaches as well as the fascinating marshlands. If you want to know more about the marsh environment, make sure to sign up for a marsh trek at the science center. Proceed to the north end of the island to discover Fort Screven and a number of other Civil War era sites as well as the Tybee Lighthouse. You won't want to miss a good climb to the top and the panoramic view that it offers. If you feel like lingering on the north end, the rugged beaches there are fun for beachcombing, and it also gives you the chance to see maritime traffic coming in to the busy Savannah port.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
