I have NEVER been more in LOVE with a property than this house!!!! It had everything we could ever want no lie it was the best family vacation we have ever had! The house was immaculate, oir own dock onto the water , close to painted pony rodeo, downtown Corinth is the cutest! Saratoga is close as wel and lake George is a dream! I want to come back every year !

It was a great experience, the house was very clean and homey when I arrived. Has a great view and the area feels very safe, great people around you and the view of the river is beautiful. The game room is so much fun and the bed rooms are a good space with a tv! Overall great experience and the house was a huge part of that experience!

Great location with lots to do

This house was very welcoming and cozy. There is plenty of easy to access parking. The game room provided a lot of entertainment for my family, which was great fun when it rained. We also really enjoyed sitting outside by the river. And there were a number of other amenities that we didn’t have time to take advantage of, including kayaks and a grill. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Kids didn't want to leave....no need for Lake George

Beautiful Beautiful property...owners did an amazing job, had an amazing vision, home was very accommodating and very functional. Met all the needs of a family looking for a getaway but still feeling at home. The amenities were unbelievable, didn't get a chance to go to Lake George because kids were enjoying the home so much. The kayaks, the hammock, the game room, tanning, jumping off the dock, the outside canopy, grilling, I can go on and on. It's an amazing stay and highly recommended, went river tubing with Tubby Tubes... amazing. Grocery store is real close, a lot of places to eat within 20 minutes. You will not be disappointed.

Weather issues.

The house and the Property Manager were excellent. While we were there the temperature was 100 degrees and above. Then came the tornadoes and the falling trees. All things beyond anyone's control. Would really have loved to stay on for the remainder of the week, but our vehicle got totaled.

Great Place! Great Host!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is much nicer in real life. It is very suitable for families, you don't need to leave the house. There is also a supermarket very close and you can drive to Lake George in 20 minutes. Overall, the house was super clean and had fantastic amenities such as the canoe and game room. 10/10

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Amazing stay with everything you need. Clean, welcoming, well decorated, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, drawer space, hangers, bedroom mirrors, COFFEE STATION, fire pit, outdoor seating, kayaks, paddle boards, comfortable dock, and a wonderfully decorated landscaped outdoor area. Comfortable and clean home furniture. Also it had very easy access upon arrival, great game room, and easy communication with the owner. We were upset last year with the Canada fires and wanted to cancel. Owner did not allow it but allowed us to reschedule for a later date. SO GLAD HE DId Not REFUND US!! Made us plan this years trip with NO regrets. Also, I had a vacation home for 5 years in Florida and it takes work to think of everything and maintain the property. Therefore, I have high expectations for VRBO rentals. This one exceeded all expectations. Thanks Mike for sharing your slice of paradise. 😊

Underwhelming

Much smaller home than it looks. Two couples would be tripping over each other. Particularly annoying was it advertised the game room, but the day we arrived we got a message that no guests were allowed. We had planned to invite my niece and husband over as the last few people still there for the wedding, both in their 60"s. On the positive side, very nice being on the river.

Clean and comfortable

The house is so clean and such a great space even with a crawling baby. There is so much attention to detail and that just makes it feel like home. Communication was great and so helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future. It offers the perfect place for quiet comfort.

My husband and I and our four daughters had a fabulous stay in this home! The home was just perfect, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to have a lovely vacation. The location was close to Lake George and many fabulous hiking trails and great restaurants! The game room was a lot of fun for nights that were too cold to stay out on the dock!

Perfect river cottage!

I've stayed in many VRBO homes & hands down this is the prettiest & cleanest. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. My daughter & I used the paddle boat to go across the river to feed geese, and it was so much fun. The tv's in all the rooms was a plus also. The place is decorated beautifully too. Would rent again. The blender didn't work but no big deal. We went out for milkshakes instead 😃 Thank you for the memories

Great cottage on the Lake

The home was very well maintained and clean. The view of the lake from the home and back yard was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time and the host was extremely responsive and helpful with any question we had during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Warm and Welcoming Tiny House

The house was extremely clean and decorated so nicely. The beds were very comfortable after a long day, I really appreciated the ceiling fans. Being by the water was very relaxing. It was nice to be able to walk to the local town for groceries or ice cream at the Barn. Our host Michael was very quick to respond to a couple questions we had. It was small but worked well for 4 adults. If you are looking for a great location to downtown Saratoga springs and the race track this is for you.

Exceptional

The location was beautiful!! The host provided so many items for us to use in the home at our disposal. Appreciated that the host provided us with life vest, a boat, and canoes that were both kid friendly and for adults as well that we were able to use during our stay. The check-in process with the wireless entry was a great idea, but I found that the wireless lock was sometimes a little slow to respond. Other than that, it was perfect. I was able to lock and unlock the door with the last 4 digits of my phone number without worrying about a key. The rooms were decent size and if you are a family had 2 beds in each. They were super cozy and quaint; my only downfall wit the rooms was that neither bedroom had a mirror in them. The mirrors were located downstairs in the bathroom, and going up ad down the steps can be little dangerous because the steps are a little slippery since its wood. Other than those minor things the home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I loved that it was walking distance to a few shops in town; the host provided us with a very detailed email letting us know of a few great places we could visit. Overall I had a great experience there, I enjoyed my stay, the host was very responsive and just provided details for any question I might need. I would love to stay again.

Home was absolutely beautiful, very warm and inviting. It was right on the lake making every morning waking up and walking to the water even more special, we would highly recommend this rental for any small group.
