A comfortable and quiet weekend stay. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. Full size washer and dryer. Hot water and good water pressure in shower. Good attention to details. Would recommend.

This home is immaculate, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Great location…close to everything. Irene was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place in Saint James City or Pine Island.

Cute little place with easy access to great fishing and boating

This was a great location of the southern end of the island that is close by boat to the beaches of Sanibel or quaint Matlacha. There’s live music and baot rentals only a half mile away. Our hosts were very responsive and left lots of little extras to make our stay wonderful.

Delightful Home

The house is extremely clean and well cared for. The owners planned for everything. The bikes were a pleasant surprise and we rode daily. We loved this property.
