Summary:

Cloud Suite On Duval is a beautifully updated 2 bed, 2.5 bath upper level condo located right in the heart of world famous Duval Street! This stunning vacation home is located in the rear of the building and features a private sundeck with views of the surrounding tropical greenery. Take advantage of this rare find in the center of it all! Located on the 700 block of Duval Street, you are walking distance to nearly anything and everything.



The Space:

History meets luxury in this 1935 home that has been redesigned and updated with a bright and modern touch. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both feature luxury King size beds with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms offer Smart TVs, ceiling fans, bedside lighting and gorgeous en suite bathrooms. The oversized windows allow ample natural lighting to fill your room every morning. The living room also offers a comfy Queen-sized Murphy bed that can sleep 2 adults and a powder room beneathe the stairwell.



The downstairs living area offers all new furnishings and a large flatscreen Smart TV with plenty of seating for your entire group. Just off the living room and through the French doors awaits your private sundeck, the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or to end it with night cap after your late night activities on Duval St.



The oversized updated kitchen includes bar seating and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances to enjoy a home cooked meal.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.



How to access: This is a second-story home with stair access only.



The Neighborhood:

On the 700 block of Duval, The Cloud Suite on Duval is centralized to everything Key West.



In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: Martins, 915, 801 Bourbon Street Pub, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House.



Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Fogarty's and Fat Tuesday’s at the other end of Duval, but don’t worry there are pedicabs everywhere for easy transportation up and down Duval Street.



Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

- Just off the kitchen, and near the entrance of the home, is a new private washer and dryer available for guest use.

- This unit is not pet friendly.

Lovely stay in great location

This property is in a great location and was very clean & nicely appointed. We had a little hiccup with access and wifi but the management staff was very responsive and fixed the wifi issue very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Great stay for our family vacation.

Amazing location and perfect apartment

Location was great, right on Duval. Rooms and bathroom were spacious. Full kitchen with dining area. Hosts were amazing! Would stay here again!

A Great Place in Old Town

What a great place to stay… right in the middle of Old Town! Walking distance to Hemingway’s house and all the other attractions you want to see. Clean, bright, modern amenities - just great!

Great location and roomy

Location was ideal for everything and unit was very roomy and had everything you would need. The only negative was there were no cable to watch or at least we could not figure it out. Not a huge deal, but we did try to watch something when the wives were getting ready. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, great deck, solid layout and maintained property. Only issue for most would be parking as it is ON DUVAL! We had motorcycles (3) so no issues for us...

We spent 3 days including Halloween with our adult kids and their spouses and had such a great time. The location Is incredible and the unit is very clean, has comfy beds and has anything you need. When we arrived we didn’t realize our unit wasn’t the one overlooking the street as pictured which we were excited about but it has a nice porch in the back. It worked out anyway. We were able to get an early check in which was great for us. We only had one small issue with the WiFi and TV’s not working, they were quick to responds and send someone out. One of the TV’s didn’t have a power cord so we weren’t able to use it but we spend most of our time out in Duval Street. Only suggestion I have would be to have more light or stronger bulbs in the master bedroom, it was pretty dark in there and had a few lamps in there that weren’t able to plug in. It’s a great place if you are looking for something directly on Duval Street.

Great property in a prime location

Our group absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property is well-maintained, nicely appointed and in a fantastic location right on Duval St. We were surprised at how quiet it was inside, even though its right above the busiest tourist street and there are bars and restaurants all around. I travel with ear plugs because I'm easily disturbed by the slightest noise. Light sleepers may want to pack them for sleeping, just in case, but probably won't need them. The location was our favorite part!

Amazing place

The only feature this gem is lacking is either a water view or street view. It has been completely redone. Lots of places look nice until you walk in but this place measured up. Updated appliances. Super clean. Tons of towels for the four of us. Even the Murphy bed was comfortable. Mattresses were firm but soft. Air conditioning kept up and was actually very cold which would have been my only other request: extra blankets. Contact with the managers was prompt. Great suggestions for restaurants. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed. Key west vacation company.

Management company responsive, and check-in / check-out very simple. Unit was in excellent (almost new as of mid-2025) condition, all furniture, etc in good condition and unit well-maintained. Super convenient location. Unit was on the back side of the building, so it was shielded by any noise from Duval street. Murphy bed a huge plus if using, as it had an actual bed mattress and was way more comfortable than a pull-out couch, so nice added feature over other properties. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others. Here are the items to be aware of: 1) no parking (OK for us, we walked and used Uber); 2) unit 1 next door and if they are loud, you will hear it - first night a set of young women got into a screaming match at 3:00am and woke our entire family 3) back deck nice in photos, but backs up to properties with two small pools, so privacy / noise variable (this is typical of almost any property in Key West, as it is a very compact island). Except for unit 1 potential noise (and I stress potential, because it depends on who is staying there - and understand you could also annoy people in unit one if you are noisy), any negatives listed are nitpicks and again I would highly recommend this location and would stay there again.

Overall everything was terrific. The property location is terrific and it was super clean and exactly as the photos. The front door can be a little “sticky” but it is Key West and humidity and salt air is hard on things and buildings are older.I would definitely recommend this property and we have told several friends about it since we are always looking for good spots there including friends that have had a place in Key West for 20 years and sometimes need additional rooms!

Great location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see & do. There was plenty of room, however I was a bit disappointed to have a rear facing balcony instead of one facing Duval Street.There were a couple of plumbing issues. No hot water in the lower half bath and upstairs bathroom toilet did not fill automatically after flushing.
