Offering incredible views of the beach and famous OC Boardwalk, you will never want to leave. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while you watch the sunrise. Away from the hustle and bustle of the South end of the Boardwalk, but still within walking distance to dining, amusements and entertainment. If you want to be on the Boardwalk, but away from the noisier, more congested section, this is the place for you!

On Boardwalk, great views. Apartment is a little dated but was very comfortable. The morning sunrise from the deck is beautiful

Beautiful view

The view and location were amazing. The only problems we encountered were the shower stalls were very small and narrow and the bed in the main bedroom had a broken mattress in the middle.

Location was perfect, right on the boardwalk but away from all the amusements, price was reasonable. I appreciate the fact that it's not a huge hotel. Condo is dated and definitely needs some TLC. Air conditioning works, but sounds like a plane engine when kicking in. Lights from the hotel next door are on all night, blackout blinds or curtains needed. Bathrooms are small but fine, no bathmat in second bathroom, some mold. Outdoor shower wasn't working. Patio furniture is rather old. We only ate bfast/lunch there, but kitchen was well stocked, coffee pot not the best though. Would consider staying again if improvements were made.

Great location and deck

This is a great spot. Wonderful location on the boardwalk and just a few blocks from the end, so not rowdy. Be aware you will need to walk up a lot of stairs to get to the unit, but being up high was a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. Just two things we really disliked—1. the showers, we could barely move around as an average sized person, so if you’re bigger, I’d find another place to stay, and 2. The bedroom windows need blackout curtains, the hotels around us had bright lights on all night and it literally looked like the sun was up in the middle of the night! We saw the unit next to us put up dark trash bags over the windows, so bring some with you. Overall, this spot was amazing and, like most OC places, is dated and could use some minor work, but it’s clean and has a great view, so that’s all I ever ask for!

Great Beach Vacation

We have been going to Ocean City almost every year for a decade, and this property is the cleanest we have rented. It had everything we needed, though there were no games for the kids so we were glad we brought some with us. The location at the end of the boardwalk was ideal for us, as we wanted an ocean view, easy beach access, and stuff to do within walking distance but not the noise closer to the inlet. Being on the third floor was not an issue for us, but it would be for those with mobility issues. The biggest drawback was that the showers are tiny. Thankfully, one shower had a removable wand so we could help our youngest kid with bathing. Otherwise, it was a bit annoying to have to pick up and return the keys 50 streets away. All in all, though, the pros of this property far outweigh the cons. I would recommend staying at this property for those that do not mind the tiny showers!
