PERFECT Little Cottage !

This little cottage served a nice respite from family goings on in nearby Lewisville. It is small, but well laid out and comfortable. Just enough of a kitchen to serve our coffee and breakfast needs and our snacks. LOVE the little patio and yard, which was right-size for our dog, and very relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Comfy, dog friendly, quiet area, close to all we needed. And I am pretty sure the owners thought of everything since all our requirements were met and then some. And, the projection screen TV was an unexpected fun bonus! Great little gem, and especially great if you want to bring your pup!!

Frisco Stay

The property was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The check-in process was easy and the place smelled great when we walked in. This place is a perfect little spot with a very clean, cozy yard.

My mom and I stayed here to be near the venue for a wedding we were in. It was the perfect little place! Very clean and quaint. We would stay here again.

Adorable tiny cottage. Plenty of storage to place your personal items away and store your suitcases out of the way. Easy access to freeways for both Dallas and Fort Worth. Definitely plan to stay here again during future visits.

Cozy and Comfortable charming cottage

After a couple weeks of packing, moving, and selling our home nearby, this was a great place to finish our business before moving out of state. We and our 2 little dogs felt right at home. Loved that it was close to our former home as we had a few things to complete before signing the papers. Husband works at home, so he sat at the little table and worked. The cute porch and little yard was perfect for me to enjoy the morning and the dogs had a fenced in yard, so we had no worries of them wandering away. The air conditioning worked great, as it was very hot for November. We had 2 vehicles and 1 had a trailer attached, and they helped find a place for us to park it that was safe and on their property. The owners were very attentive when I had a little issue with the lock on the door. Although a small place the space was utilized well and served our purposes perfectly. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you Erika and Ron!

I had an amazing stay at this tiny home in Lake Dallas! The space was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, with every little detail thought through. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. The projector was such a great touch—it made for the perfect movie night! The hosts were incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this charming gem to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

We loved this cute little cottage! From the privacy of the fenced yard and the outside sitting area to the quaint interior. The cottage was clean and fresh upon our arrival with everything we needed for our visit....bonus the bed was comfy and the air kept up with the heat! The owner was kind and prompt with answers to the questions we had! If ever in the area again, we would certainly hope to stay here!!

Property was clean, quiet, and SO CUTE! The listing is spot on what you will get. Every space was utilized so cleverly in this small studio. I felt safe in the neighborhood, which was important for me as a female. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Living Tiny

The owners have definitely put every thought into this tiny cottage. It had all of our living necessities into a small space but still felt like there was plenty of room. It is also a dog owners dream. We loved the privacy fence that enclosed the entire property with the mesh screen for them to freely go in and out. The place was easy to find, easy to access, very cute and clean. We will stay there again if we are in Dallas area again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
