The location was perfect, close to all the sights in the historic district. The rental was very clean and comfortable. We were worried about the on street parking but did not have any problems finding spots on West Gordon Street. The only negative was that it is an old house so you can hear the tenants upstairs walking around.

The location of the rental was very nice. Comfortable walking distance to Forsyth park. A longer walk to River street, but still not terrible. The back garden was absolutely adorable and such a relaxing vibe. The cons- the GPS takes you to a back alley entrance, it does make it hard to find on the first try. There were tiny little bugs in the bathroom, coming in from the sink. There was a giant dumpster and porta potty immediately outside the front door, which is not the owners fault, but did kind of suck. The pool- unfortunately we felt a little duped about the pool. Make sure you read the entire listing. The pictures made it seem like a pool was on site, but unfortunately it is about a 30 minute drive away on Tybee island. The pool had limited hours, 10am to 5pm. We didn't have a rental car, so we were only able to visit and enjoy one time during our stay. The pool itself was private and very well maintained. It just would have been nice had we actually been able to use it throughout our stay.

Great location

The apartment was clean and roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and so many attractions including beautiful Forsyth Park.
