Family Room, king bed with adult bunks can cater for adults & children rated up to 150kg per bunk. Pool View Room King bed. Starlink available at the property inclusive with charges and unlimited usage. Enjoy streaming your favorite content on the 60cm TV with all the latest apps to keep everyone happy during the evening........if you not in the pool. Great pool Area for relax and have fun. Lovely spacious house for a family holiday. Very well equipped with a lovely pool and handy to shop and cafes and beaches. We would definitely come here again.

Beautiful Villa

Our villa was beautiful & the location away from the hustle & bustle was just what we needed. It had everything we needed & more, my kids especially loved the swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rarotonga Highly recommend

Very nice

The property is lovely and clean. You would need a vehicle for ease of getting around. Rarotonga is a beautiful island and the people are very friendly.

Family Holiday, Simply the best!

My family and I had the visit of our lifetime on Rarotonga. Sina Pool Villa was our home away from home. Aundrey was an amazing host. From the beginning to the end of our stay, communication was on point. During our stay, We experienced a hiccup with the propane tank, I sent an email to Aundrey, he was there offering to take care of it and it was done✌. The home is very comfortable, my favorite area was the outdoor seating for dining. The location, away from it all. The peaceful feeling of being tucked away, off the main road. There were friendly chickens and a friendly dog who roamed around and the area, other than that my grandsons and I enjoyed seeing them. I can’t say enough about the pool, it was a welcome for sure after being out all day at the beach. We will return to stay at Sina Pool Villa. Mahalo Aundrey, for your hospitality. Previously our family home we loved living there and have such great memories. Our most memorable was raising our Grandchild Sina there, hence the name. She loved swimming in the Pool with us and where we taught her how to swim. She is just about to turn 4 shortly. She certainly will miss her swimming pool, but we've told her lots of other children and people will now be able to share the fun & joy she had. Her favourite line is "sharing is caring" so we have her blessing. Come and enjoy our home we know you will love it too!

Why they chose this property

Set in a mostly quiet residential neighbour hood in Natural gardens. It really is Private and set back from the main rd. You will feel at home being away from home you could say.
Large walk in showers to compliment the large room and open spaces. Great for families or close groups. Outside shower to rinse off from the pool.

What makes this property unique

Hello, swimming pool. Best beaches just down the road with the best snorkeling in a protected reserve so the fish can thrive. Only short drive to town, location is set amongst the two largest resorts on the island if you have come with a large group but......you are away from the hundreds of others at resorts.
